I give them 5 stars for if you want to learn what a bad divorce feels like They will lie just like a ex spouse Take your money more than what they said and try to have you give back what you paid for Drop your calls and also just stop working for the heck of it Also know this you never own your phone ever They say you can pay them off but you can t They will try and have you pay over 300 and give them back your cell Dont ask what that s about Also the free cell is not free at all stay away Nothing is free with them Stay away from this company no one will help you they all lie and you pay to much money and time 5 stars for being a grade A con artist FYI if you want to buy your cell phones change your address to out of state and After you pay off change it back Get out don t look back no matter what so called deal they try to give you

Recently my phone was stolen and I needed a new one One of my friends gave me a I-phone and just had to get it turned on at Sprint I really appreciate how hard the customer service rep at the store worked trying to get the phone activated for me Because the phone was from another network it didn t work But I like the fact that every possible method used And they never tried to force me to buy another phone I could tell that they wanted me to save money by using the phone that was given to me He had a Very good personalities and was very patient That means a lot when you are already stressed and being without a phone for over a week is not easy So I came out of the store feeling thankful And also was reminded I had insurance on the phone and I should just file a claim to get a replacement So everything workout just fine God is so Good

8 OUT of 10 Excellent Experiences
I have been with Sprint over 20 years from the VERY beginning and when I educated and learned the politics of big corporations like Sprint and their unique workings within the company I have received benefits and Epic Service that even I couldn t believe which leads me to today s call even in the wake of Covid and the T Mobile merger I did get someone from retention who is a Sprint employee who was excellent She helped me understand everything that is happening in the company and checked my plan and even gave me a credit I am shocked at all the bad reviews The ONLY reason I can see that is to blame for this is each individual s lack of knowledge and communication skills in dealing with Reps Like I said 8 out of 10 encounters with Sprint employees during the last 2 DECADES have been positive Hmmm Maybe I might offer a zoom session to share my secrets Lol

Great Customer Service
I am a new customer from sprint after dealing with ATT which I had to argue with them about my wireless billing I haven t eaten all day on Monday the 4th they said that I need to pay the past due before I went to another carrier they wont even help me with the past due so I went to the store manager at sprint and she got me a better deal with just my new phone and number and my landline which I have now is the sprint connect 4 wireless for my landline I bet ATT and the other carrier doesnt have that and my bill for just two my cell and landline is only 119 78 which with ATT I had a combine bill with all three for 142 78 a little difference there plus I get great customer service in the store chat and maybe if I have a chance on the phone
