Bought a 2020 Toyota Landcruiser Prado with less than 6000km The pictures looked good Once I got the car I realized it probably had been in a car crash and was cosmetically repaired However the undercarriage including suspension are damaged AC does nt work it has supports for radiator glued very bad probably because of the crash It has several engine faults One has to be wise the risk is to high to purchase vehicles from these people

Very difficult and extremely costly
The requested vehicles we wanted to be had been previously sold but being still listed we even received conformations just to find out that they are not available anymore We finally got a vehicle after almost 5 weeks and overpaid by 2000 00 After close to 4 months we are still arguing having the funds returned The vehicle is sitting now close to 10 weeks at the freight forwarder waiting to be shipped with no end of the drama in sight We worked first with an agent name Vova very spotty replies and another agent name Abrar Unfortunately there is no Better Business Office or similar institution in Japan to step in and help

The process after i made my payment is horrible No updates whatsoever and i waited a long time for my car to be shipped to Tacoma It was very hard to contact any of the agents and overall it was a frustrating experience No thanks

Dont buy from BF
Dont buy from BF They sell crashed vehicles I bought a several cars from them before Never had any serious issues that required alot of spending until I purchased a Vehicle which arrived with broken transmission Wouldn t Rev pass 3500rpm or 60km h Unable to mount hills and don t even bother try to to overtake another car The issue was reported to my sales rep who was unable to do anything When I sent an official email BF didn t care It s obvious that they tried to repair the transmission before shipping it off but it wasn t fixed and they decided to ship it off regardless
