Spritz has always on customer chat Talked to Ben They figured out the issue - and its usually something I did that wasn t quite right- but they fix it immediately or let you know when they did it I was trying to send an ACH to buy USDC and sent it from an account without my name on it so it caused an issue All fixed fast

I had a problem with an error I made during a transfer of USDT to my Spritz Debit card The customer service people were wonderful They were very sensitive to my needs They comforted me and solved the problem Today I had 4000 in my Spritz Card that I had sent to the wrong address You can t find better customer service i highly recommend the Spritz Debit card
