Love how quickly funds show up The rapid option when you need funds quick is worth the fee literally shows up in under a minute in my bank account Great kind responsive team that always addresses issues super quick with compassion Had a few issues my own fault The most stressful being I accidentally input the incorrect bank account number and off-ramped a large amount of funds Obviously funds never arrived and I was stressed They quickly identified the issue funds were back in my account timely and I was able to off-ramp to correct account Can t thank them enough

Absolutely amazing service Great customer support as my bank wasn t connecting but it ended up being a Chase issue not Spritz Best fees compared to other services and on off ramping is a breeze Turning everyone on to this service They even have a cool suggestions section where they send you emails to vote on current updates depending on what the community is asking for

Novice s mix up

I m a complete novice with crypto but I needed to pay a small bill with it I thought I d researched everything properly but I made a complete mess of everything and ended up paying money into a virtual bank account I d accidentally created I contacted Spritz and Ley from there was just incredible going over and above to help me sort things out Very quickly my money was refunded to my account when I d actually just written it off Excellent service from Spritz

Canadian experience

Canadian experienceThus far all has been going well as I do take these early stages as the trouble shooting bracket I did hope when it was announced that the Canadian market was live that the Bill payment option would have been included like in the US So that was disappointing as that was the most important feature I was looking forward to using I do anticipate this will soon be added so until then I ll just use it sparing
