What am I suppose to do with my plants

Stark sent me no instructions just qr code crap I will never own a spy microwave agent radiation trash phone

Abysmal Service

I ordered three trees from Stark Bros I received an email giving me a delivery date shortly after noon on that date I received a phone call informing me that the order needed to be cancelled I asked why and was informed that the order had not cleared customs the trees are shipped from the USA I asked why as in what was the issue The representative would not say and just kept repeating that it did not clear customs and they could only apologise I then asked if the issue could be cleared so the trees could cross the border The response was a loud No we re done for the year followed by We look forward to seeing you next year If there was an issue at the border surely it makes sense to sort it and have the trees continue on their merry way rather than paying an additional shipping fee It simply seems suspect Alternatively if there was an issue at the border which the company refused to disclose that certainly raises the issue of the quality of the trees Stark Bros may wish the arrogance of that is mind-boggling to see me order from them next year but that will not happen Abysmal service

I m very sad to write a poor review

I m very sad to write a poor review considering I found them amazing up until last year when I received dead trees after dead trees and have still been refused a refund Up until last year they were absolutely the best I have no idea what happened but I have spoken to half a dozen people half a dozen calls absolutely assured they d honor their refund policy but no refund I can say they used to be one of the finest nurseries I have ever dealt with I hope they pull it together but for now I can t recommend them

Problem was regarding a North Star Cherry tree clearly stated in the subject line This is 7 years old tree that does not retain its fruit and is still less than 6 feet tall The answer they sent was about thinning fruit on an apple tree Clearly they did not read my concerns about the possibility of bad root stock on a CHERRY TREE

Website Contact forms Need to Be Answered

They offer a contact form on their website I contacted them on June 21 and have received no response I contacted them again on 9 7 Nothing yet

2 of the 6 fruit trees purchased died

2 of the 6 fruit trees purchased died Not happy with the quality of the trees would have been better off purchasing at Lowes Home Depot or a local nursery These trees were more expensive than some of my local options I expected trees that were of better quality and bigger in size Unfortunately I waited too long and missed the refund window by a month will never purchase from this company again

The fruit trees are tiny

The fruit trees and blueberries came quickly in fall The issue the 3 60 peach trees are tiny compared to the size trees I got years back Only God knows how many years It will take these trees to bear fruit Their customer service is good just a lot of money for tiny tiny trees they should specify size when ordering and i could have saved 150 by not ordering--Pat Fale 920 918 9801

Addictive of shopping treeS from Starkbros

Purchased tree from StarkBro several times they mostly sell bare roots but they are extra big and once the tree leaf out it will grow really quick usually the following spring after it been put down on the ground A few trees did not make it but they send replacement at the next spring for planting season I m addicted with StarkBro as their products is affordable and also free shipping if you buy more then 125 dollars
