Bought between pros through indiegogo Upon delivery I was charged an extra fee in the area of 25 USD since the product was shipped from the uk which was new to me Poor service

My Status headphones broke after a year of hard use They offered me a 40 discount on a new pair after a bit of haggling with customer service but it was ultimately painless The only reason it took some time was because the pair I had was no longer being produced but they gave me a discount of more than 50 what I paid for my old pair so I didn t feel slighted at all UPDATE 3 23 23 My new headphones the Core ANC broke very quickly They replaced that pair but the new pair broke again within a few months and they only offered a 50 discount That pair also broke quickly So while the discounts for damage are steep I feel that they may be paid for with shoddy craftmanship that makes the pairs break quickly The headphones are good but short-lived

Love the audio portion of the earbuds I lost one and wanted to replace 1 earbud Due to their policy they cannot replace just one I was willing to pay for it and the best they could do was to offer me a discount off the price of a brand new pair Not cool because with the discount it was just a little less then what a paid for a pair normally This is why I gave them 2 stars

I ve tried to leave a review in the status website but didn t seem to have been posted The buds are very good but faulty I bought my first pair back in November 21 and they lasted around 3 or 4 months before the right bud just gave up after some exchanges of emails I was sent a replacement pair These lasted around 11 months and went the same way right bud just giving up I contacted status again hoping that as they were less then 12 months old and still in warranty that they d replaced them they wouldn t they offered a discount on another pair To be honest despite the excellent sound quality I m simply not prepared to take another chance on forking out on something that has a good chance of failure at some point in the future It s only since the second pair failed that I ve found out that this is fairly common so enjoy them while they last

The Between Pro were a gift for my son They arrived in perfect working order with nice packaging and the order process had been very straightforward Less than one year later the small fabric covering on one of the ear pieces had fallen out and cannot be replaced I contacted Status and they offered me a 50 discount on a replacement pair as a repair was not possible It transpired the 50 discount code didn t work and would have only provided a 16 discount - very tricky I went ahead anyway because having only one ear bud is no use to my son but buy these with your eyes open - their build quality is no better or worse than other products on the market but at least their customer support team might not tell you lies

I got the BT Transfer earbuds over two years ago the unboxing experience was polished and the sound quality was impressive After a few months the right earbud started outputting at lower volume than the left I emailed them and very quickly received a replacement after performing basic troubleshooting with them Obviously the same thing happened with the new earbuds after a similar period of time used mostly inside mind you I m very fond of the design and sound quality of the products but have stopped supporting Status Audio due to this

Product sounds amazing but have had several issues with the left earbud no longer connecting to case to charge Status has replaced the product both times but still concerned about next set failing in the same fashion

It s true that they do sound good but for me the microphone is so awful that I can t enjoy them I try to use them for work calls but people struggle to hear me and the sound breaks up even if I m at home with no distractions in my environment

Update literally just got these So I will say the depth of the product is better than traditional buds under 150 The fit is actually quite comfortable The company phone number is no longer in use and also note they are VERY unresponsive to emails Ordered on 11 6 and received 11 23

Purchased the Bone 3ANC two weeks ago and must say that the audio quality is superb However the issue I am having is with the continuous static or white noise while using Ambient Sound Mode as well as Active Noise Cancelling The second issue is that the earbuds connect and disconnect frequently and I must Scan Again to connect to my device which is an inconvenience I m not sure if this is due to my having them connected to both my iPhone and iPad My hope was to have the Between 3ANC be the first pair of buds I would reach for when out and about But my Sennheisers TW3 doesn t reproduce the sound quality of the 3ANC their ability to connect to multiple devices while providing very clear active noise canceling gives them the edge Hopefully a firmware upgrade will resolve these issues I very much enjoy the sound quality of these buds I would have given them a 3 5 rating but that was not an option
