I have not receive my item yet
Very bad client support They do not answer any dispute They sent me slightly damaged items but more importantly no instructions on how to use the accessories There is no tutorial on the web nothing They do not answer on how to use them Also my Stinger 2 crossbow seems to have a problem with the handle but i m not even sure No answer I tested the arrows and the feathers are not glued well in fact they didn t use a real glue so when you try to insert them in the speedloader they are ripped apart I had to glue back 3 of them and it sticks wonderfully now It s like chinese quality ALSO the speedloaders are too tight it s almost impossible to fit the arrows somehow so I had to file them with my small files tools A lot of work for the huge price I paid So I opened a paypal dispute and they finally answered but only to paypal and after 1 month the verdict is send EVERYTHING BACK IN ORIGINAL STATE EVEN ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO THE DISPUTE which is impossible because I opened the arrows and also because their tools are stupid and damaged the crossbow i m not responsible and then they will refund me EVERYTHING which is not what I asked for I asked for 10 refund Basically they are scammers Even their resellers say they are very bad businessmen

3 separate orders instead of a single combined order
I ve got to the Steambow website with one purpose - to order your AR-6 Stinger II upgrade kit quick-detach limbs Order 37855 After I found this item and submitted an order I continued browsing your website and decided to order another item - Stinger Arrow target Order 37856 Then I continued browsing and also decided to order the AR-6 Stinger II tuning trigger Order 37859 As a result I ended up with 3 separate orders submitted during 40 minutes At this point I realized that your shipping fee to Canada is 50 00 Had you packed all 3 items in a single box I could easily save 100 00 So I immediately sent a message to your support asking them to pack all 3 orders in a single box and received a confirmation but in a couple of days I received 3 separate invoices and then - 3 separate boxes and 3 separate border duties I m very unhappy with this experience Please consider updating your website to allow combining the orders for your customers and or train your support staff to handle the issues like this promptly and properly

I did not realise there was no safety
I did not realise there was no safety mechanism once the bow was loaded This cost be about 900 00 NZ and New Zealand Customs confiscated it as it did not have a safety That mean I will never receive the bow as it will be destroyed as directed by NZ law If you want to sell these internationally then you should at least highlight the potential issues with customs I loved the product itself I think it s brilliant But I m very disappointed that I will never get to use it and lost so much money as well

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed very angry the plastic piece that holds the top portion of the crossbow to the lower half that the bolt goes through is so hard to move I need plyers to move the bolt This is unacceptable I learned there is a metal piece that fixes the issue why was it not sold with the crossbow Why do I get a defective plastic piece when there is a known defect and fix
