Steambow were great and woukd get 5 stars but thier delivery partner UPS were a nightmare unilaterally changing delivery slots 3 times

I have a stinger 2 compact from these guys The parts of the bow don t fit each other properly The reloader is scratching the cbow on one side The string gets worn insanely fast even when with lube On top of made the mistake of ordering a flashlight as well which you cannot mount on the crossbow only if you look for extra parts on amazon as they simply ship it without those I assume it was not a packaging mistake because they have not answered my polite inquiry for instructions or missing parts So all in all not refined design poor customer service Only reason why im not giving it a one star is because I really like the concept of the compact model

I received the Metal magasin for the Stinger II Tactical It looks good and produced with nice details But i m not satisfied at all about the magasin considering the price of Euro 250 - The picatinny rails are not good They are to low for putting all the items on the magasin as it was possible with the raisen picatinny rails on the polymer magasin It was possible to buy them and it was necesarry for putting the Tactical arrow quivers on both sides of the magasin in combination with a red dot sight But on the metal magasin the combination won t fit at all and the red dot sight doesn t fit on top of the metal magasin the front sight of the magazine lid is in the way Why didn t Steambow make the right Picatinny rails on the metal magasin Commercial thinking Putting the higher polymer rails made for the polymer magasin on the metal magasin isn t possible the screw holes arn t on the same place Steambow offered me a 3d printed solution in the form of a higher picatinny rail Am i the only one who has this problem Very disappointed about he metal magasin and Steambow because it looks like commercial thinking so they can sell separated rails special made for the metal magasin

There is no answer to any email I write to you guys I have an issue with the rest pad of the crossbow and there is no answer from your side I also tried to call you several times but the language barrier makes everything impossibile to solve There ss no mail to look at I have checked Span and Junk How can we proceed further

Products are excellent as usual however The past two orders in a row they gave the shipping company the wrong address with a different post code and I was fortunate to have received the parcels as the driver was a regular deliverer My full address is on the Steambow account I also type it in the fields at checkout and it is displayed on my Paypal so no excuse for the mix-up I also never received a discount code only sale adverts via email I have gave them good business with nearly a year I have spent nearly three grand I doubt I will do business again

The 50 pound limb that came with the AR 6 stinger when mounted looks uneven asimetric briefly it looks bad From day one as with the limb the AR 6 Stinger s mobile stock butt is wobbly unstrung The AR 6 Stinger although appealing in the short movies and iimages looks sturdy but it is not After firing approximately 300 arrows the string got clipped
