Dishonest and worth experience ever Be aware sometimes cheapest option is just to get a consultation with other reliable and honest people in migration law Having a dramatic war events in my own country Ukraine this professionals charges unbelievably over the top for their services Using my struggling situation to get my migration status resolved and giving me a hope that it will be sorted soon charged me 1000 pounds for applying for humanitarian protection If someone reading this can advise me is any chance to claim my money back Thank You

I am not sure how to comment on Sterling Lawyer as a company but throughout my experience I have felt that Mr Kuldeep has been very unprofessional rude and very arrogant He has been very difficult to speak with and gave rude sarcastic remarks every time I email for simple explanations and requests This quite frankly is unnecessary Do not recommend unfortunately

Terrible company Avoid this company I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Sterling Law The level of professionalism was subpar and the service was incredibly slow and unreliable Despite taking a significant amount of my time and money the outcome was very unprofessional and not at all what I expected Furthermore when I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the poor service my request was denied This is terrible and I cannot recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal assistance with Visa Save yourself the time money and frustration by looking elsewhere

Very bad experience with the mortgage advisor called Lijo He was so intimidating and very harsh Was so scared to speak as he was so irritated when I called him for update Was shouting at me through out Never ever recommend this person to anyone

I engaged Sterling Law Associates specifically Kyrylo Sudnyk by purchasing the Global Talent - Premium Package for assistance with my application Unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing Firstly Mr Sudnyk consistently communicated challenges in meeting deadlines resulting in unmet completion dates This lack of transparency and consistent setbacks created unnecessary stress and frustration throughout the entire process Moreover the professionalism displayed by Mr Sudnyk and the firm fell short of expectations Regrettably my application was treated with apparent negligence and I felt as though my concerns were not given due consideration Communication was poor and my inquiries were often ignored or met with vague responses The overall service provided by Sterling Law Associates under the guidance of Kyrylo Sudnyk did not align with the expectations set by the Global Talent - Premium Package I had hoped for a reliable and professional experience but unfortunately my trust was misplaced I would exercise caution for anyone considering their services and recommend thorough research into alternative options In conclusion my interaction with Sterling Law Associates has left me deeply dissatisfied and I cannot recommend their services based on my personal experience with Kyrylo Sudnyk

After 3 months as a client of Sterling Law I still have not had any interaction with a solicitor have been ignored for weeks have received no actionable feedback or materials regarding my application They are now ignoring all of my attempts to reach out for a refund in fees I contacted Sterling Law at the end of October 2023 about support in preparing an application for the UK Global Talent Visa The sales team was responsive and I paid 4 896 and instructed the firm October 25th I made it clear that I was under a tight timeline and they assured me that they would be able to deliver this application by the end of November After a generic intro email from a legal assistant I sent over all 15 documents I had prepared in advance for their review and chased for over a week for an intro call with no response When the call was finally scheduled for Nov 6 the solicitor did not show up - her legal assistant joined ten minutes late and asked me for the documents I had already sent I resent them got generic feedback on 2 of the 15 documents and received no further contact for the rest of November or December Finally I got a response to a follow up in January - an automatic email that the solicitor assigned to my case had left the firm I had to chase the legal assistant to find out I had been reassigned then I chased the new assistant who once again asked me for the same documents and promised feedback and review At this point I requested a refund as none of the services I paid for have been rendered The new solicitor agreed and forwarded the request to the billing and finance team It has been three weeks and I ve been calling and emailing regularly and am now just being straight up ignored Avoid this firm at all costs - they will take your money and disappear

I m extremely disappointed with my experience with Sterling Law Associates Despite multiple attempts to schedule an initial assessment for a Global Talent Visa I ve been met with significant delays and a lack of communication While I understand that unforeseen circumstances like staff illness can disrupt schedules the consistent rescheduling and subsequent lack of response have been frustrating and unprofessional My husband who took time off work to attend a crucial meeting scheduled for November 20th with a senior solicitor has been completely ignored since then This level of disregard for clients time and commitments is unacceptable I strongly advise potential clients to consider other legal firms that prioritize client communication and respect their time
