I have hired Sterling Law to prepare and submit my Leave to Remain application as well as my parents visitor visa applications My LTR was not straightforward at all but Jekaterina has handled everything very professionally and ensured that I was informed about the case developments at all stages My parents visitor visa applications were first refused but Jekaterina re-assured me that the refusal was a complete nonsense and made robust representations to the Home Office challenging the refusals A few days after her representations were submitted the Home Office wrote to us and said that they were willing to re-consider their decision to refuse and that they would take 3 months to do so Again Jekaterina was not prepared to wait as it was not our mistake that the Home Office has failed to consider half of the documents we submitted and made representations to the Home Office again to inform them of the same The Home Office answered in about 5 days and asked my parents to attend the visa centre to have their visa vignettes endorsed into their passports With Jekaterina s support I was able to see my parents after a long time Recently we applied for another set of visitor visas 2 years duration which was approved in just 10 days hassle-free I was very pleased and impressed with Jekaterina s professional knowledge confidence and dedication She is the best immigration lawyer I have worked with until today s date and I will be instructing her to work on my and my family behalf in the foreseeable future I have already received her advice and guidance on sponsor license application for my company and I am sure Jekaterina will bring it to a successful endind
