Avoid unless you want your money going down the drain After speaking to multiple legal firms who all advised there was no case this firm claimed they could take a different approach They padded their retainer fee and after multiple discussions about the approach we agreed on they inexplicably instructed a barrister to provide an opinion on an approach we specifically said we didn t want to pursue Unsurprisingly the barrister s opinion confirmed what we already knew that there was no case Throughout this process communication was abysmal Updates were sparse unclear or nonexistent We had to chase them repeatedly over months just to get basic information In the end we were shocked to find nearly 6 000 wasted on an approach we explicitly opposed from the beginning When we raised concerns they claimed they would discuss the matter further with the barrister The result A short email summarizing the barrister s opinion obviously an attempt to cover up their mistake To make matters worse they expected us to pay the barrister s fee despite the fact they were the ones who instructed the barrister incorrectly Attempts to speak with the managing director were ignored we never even got a call back Instead they passed us off to Andrei Luca Head of Risk and Compliance Our experience with him was by far the worst My partner and I both joined the call to ensure fairness but his behavior was shockingly unprofessional He was rude dismissive and used an intimidating tone to escalate the situation rather than resolve it If you value your time money and sanity steer clear of this firm We ve never experienced such poor treatment and outright incompetence from a professional service

UpdatedUnresponsive and ignoring emails and phone calls I bought a package for a Global Talent Visa with 50 cashback in case of an unsuccessful result I did not receive a cashback until Jan 28 when I wrote this review However I received it on Jan 29 To give a hint here is a timeline of my endeavour with them 1 Nov 22 2024 - I was rejected for my GT Visa It happens No worries 2 December 12 2024 - I applied for a refund by emailing their manager Ilia3 January 2 2025 - I reminded Ilia about a refund via email4 January 3 2025 - Ilia answered and gave a form to fill in for a refund I had submitted it before answering Ilia about submitting it5 January 11 2025 - I emailed Ilia and asked about the refund dateAnd then I started calling them6 January 15 2025 - I called Ilia by a phone number in his signature No Ilia was found They advised me to call the office number I called for a number they use on-site for calls BTW - numbers change depending on your path to their website I assume they track marketing performance They took my data and assured me that they would reply shortly 7 January 16 2025 - I called again Pavlo their employee took my data and called me back assuring me that I would see my refund shortly no exact date still First reply wow BTW 1 star is for Pavlo s client service He is good and proactive8 January 20 2025 - I received a letter via email about my rejection from Nelli a paralegal who was working on my case9 January 27 2025 - I escalated my refund issue I emailed Ilia Nelli and Alexandra the immigration lawyer who worked on my case with their top management in cc describing the problem 10 January 28 2025 - No response from SL So I wrote a review here 11 January 29 2025 - I ve got my refund 12 January 30 2025 - I received a call from Vasyl their representative but couldn t talk 13 January 31 2025 - I missed a call from Vasyl However Vasyl texted me this You made your refund claim on Dec 27 comment not true we told you that we need 28 working days for a refund to be completed comment not true on Jan 28 our accountants verified that the refund was made On Jan 29 we received a notice from Google about your false review We did not reply to your review and we kindly ask you to delete it as your issue is solved If you don t delete it we will deliver actions to prove your review is false For the review to be truthful I edited it with a detailed communications timeline My score is not for the legal services they provide but for their treatment of a client

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency during my UK Global Talent visa application process My case was handled by Alexandra Mokrova and unfortunately the service provided was far below what was promised Communication was extremely poor throughout the engagement there were multiple occasions where Alexandra Mokrova did not respond for weeks forcing me to send over five follow-up emails just to get basic answers I even had to escalate internally to other team members just to receive updates about my own application At the beginning of the engagement they assured me that my application had a very high success rate However the guidance I received during the preparation phase was seriously lacking based on Tech Nation feedback Additionally Alexandra Mokrova proposed that I purchase fake views for my YouTube channel to support my case something I immediately refused as it is unethical and against my values I even requested a call with her to review my full profile before submission this was refused After my application was rejected the feedback from Tech Nation made it very clear that the documents submitted are general and do not offer any unique insights into their abilities letters which Alexandra Mokrova reviewed and approved After the refusal I contacted the agency multiple times to request a refund My refund request was not based on the contractual terms we signed but rather on the inadequate service provided throughout the engagement which I clearly documented and shared I provided detailed evidence examples and even offered to have a call to explain everything and work toward a fair resolution Instead of addressing the issue professionally Andrei Luca from their compliance team responded with indirect threats of legal action rather than acknowledging the feedback or showing any willingness to resolve the matter Despite further follow-ups and offering a very reasonable partial refund proposal they chose to completely ignore my emails It s truly disappointing especially considering I made every effort to settle the situation privately and respectfully This review is based entirely on factual experiences and documents and is intended to help others make informed decisions when choosing legal or immigration support for critical applications like the UK Global Talent Visa

Very unprofessional team they are liars not lawyers Their prices are sky-high but they fool people ignore customers after paying for the services and do not provide the promised services Disappointing experience
