From the moment I called Stone Porcelaine I had various questions on the type of stone that I wanted and needed help with the quantity that I would need for my patio project the phone was answered by Adam who was knowledgeable and super helpful He answered all of my questions and even gave me suggestions on the type of grout that I would need I placed my order and it was delivered within a 2 hour window on the day which was very useful The quality of the stone was exactly as described There was an issue with only half of the quantity being delivered to which i only noticed a couple of days after the delivery had taken place One call to Adam and he quickly resolved the issue by having a new pallet delivered to me whilst he looked into why it had happened This showed trust and integrity and I am very grateful to how Adam dealt with this situation For all your garden projects Adam at Stone Porcelaine is the only supplier you need to reach out to

Ordered a pallet of charcoal granite setts to edge a porcelain patio Setts arrived very quickly and look great I m very happy with the quality and look of the stones and found the price to be very competitive

Quality of the stones was good matching a previous set of calibrated Sagar Black flagstones for a very reasonable price Some stones arrived with cracks contacted support and Adam instantly got in touch arranged replacement stones after I confirmed quantity provided photos Replacement stones arrived within 2 days all fully intact Very happy with the communication and support provided by Adam and would use the company again for future purchases
