Very poor customer service Purchased 400 porcelain tiles and phoned for advice on fitting the tiles Whomever I spoke to was helpful but took my number and said they will return my call later the afternoon They never called so I emailed asking the same questions Jordan responded with Sorry we cant advise anything on this as we ae suppliers and each garden and landscapers are different Hopefully you get sorted and when asking for more information about the advice the previous person gave me on the phone about MOT and slurry Jordan responded I would advise Google or YouTube that s where you will find all the information I won t do business with you again
