Incredibly helpful customer support

First experience with Huion s service department and I was pleasantly surprised My key dial had completely stopped working after a botched firmware update and unable to find anything online about the issue I reached out to the service team It did take a few days for them to respond but when they did I was able to reset and fix my device quickly with their help Jane and the service team provided steps and videos and were able to troubleshoot issues if something wasn t working In the end I got my key dial working with all my devices and I m very grateful for the friendly and helpful service I received from Huion Very happy with my Kamvas and KeyDial and even more impressed by their kind service Well deserving of 5 stars

Fantastic support from Derek

Had a problem with my order and received a door mirror from a pickup truck instead of my tablet Derek was the agent that handled my call and was courteous quick to respond and resolved the issue with minimal trouble on my end He was nothing short of the best support agent I ve ever encountered 10 10 would receive a door mirror again

Digital pens for classroom

I bought 30 digital pens for my classroom They are very convenient for students to write on-screen PDF documents It saves me time and paper Every student has a digital library of themselves After some time some of the pens had nip tip issues I contacted HUION and they helped me to replace them with the new ones Great customer support

Had keyboard issue don t have one anymore

Had keyboard issue and initially felt they weren t quite listening to what I wrote the issue was very well After a little back and forth clarifying Jane and the service team figured out what I was saying the problem was and worked towards identifying a solution Thank you

Very patient and understanding support team

When everything was said and done the support team from Huion was very helpful with getting me the items that I was missing from my order I really have to commend their patience with some technical difficulties we were experiencing in e-mails For some reason one email provider I was using wasn t allowing me to see their replies but they hung on until I was able to get that fixed

My tablet broke

My tablet broke I tried reinstalling drivers changing cords and many other things I filled out a ticket but the website wouldn t let me login to view it I emailed support and Jane got back to me fast with a replacement Jane deserves a raise

Great Service

Never thought my concern would be reciprocated when an out of warranty product ran out of juice I was so dejected having a less responsive tablet which has been my constant companion for the last three years that when I sent my first mail little did I expect in terms of a positive response Eventually not only did I get a response also a warm one at that Thanks to team Huion and a special thank to Evence X for answering every correspondences that I sent with sympathy I really appreciate Evence s sincerity for going out of his way to help me out

Failed Order but im unsure how

I ordered the kamvas 13 pro 2 5k yesterday The money was deducted from my card but didn t reflect on huion so I was stuck at waiting for payment Only for huion to cancel my order today I tried reaching out to their customer service to verify if my order would come through but they haven t responded I m very disappointed because I still need the money back for a new tablet and have seen numerous reports of poor customer service communications from them after looking into the brand
