Incomplete order useless customer service no refund

I made an order from Italy I received the package containing only 1 of the 4 items I ve ordered I contacted the customer service with pictures of the opening of the package asking what happened They first asked for more pictures and then just said that it was not possible I had received an incomplete order and that the package had been weighted This is not a cheap shop I choose to order from them because I wanted quality and a reliable customer service but I ve been highly disappointed I asked that they sent the missing items or at least to get a refund but all they could do was saying it wasn t possible that the order was incomplete
