The ADHD Advantage 2 0 was an amazing read I have so much more knowledge on how to better approach my daughters challenging behaviors I especially loved the chapters regarding mood shifting outbursts and positive discipline My husband and I have had so much trouble finding the correct way to approach our 4 year old when she is extremely overwhelmed with aggressive outbursts sometimes taking her anger out on other children and her 2 year old sister We tried many different consequences for her negative actions however the examples in this book has made it so much easier Thank you so much
