Highly recommend

My husband and had the absolute best time attending the classes Jenny has been nothing but incredible and we learned lots We also absolutely loved the online sessions each Thursday since it allowed us to ask more specific questions and we learned a lot from the questions that other people asked All around a wonderful experience and we can highly recommend the course to every expecting parent It will give you the knowledge reassurance to enter this new stage of life with confidence plus you meet a bunch of lovely new people

The Happy Parents Happy Baby Antenatal classes were great There was a good mix between online and practical learning and the online resources which were available prior to the class to inform our learning were thorough and you could go back to them if you needed a refresher The in-person learning was engaging and hands on and helped us to feel confident with certain skills A great way to meet other expectant parents

Book with HPHB they are the best

The classes with HPHB massively beat our expectations Having read lots of books we were expecting just to go there to make friends But we learnt SO much from Charlotte our really friendly fun and pragmatic midwife The weekly sessions were really practical and interactive Thank you so much HPHB we are just excited now to experience our own birth story and meet our little man

Great balance of practical learning and social get together

We loved the HPHB course- it was a great mix of learning practical tips for birth and baby and also social time to meet other parents to be We met lots of other couples and have already had our first local mum-to-be meet up post course The format of the course allows you to interact together whilst working through the course activities which is a nice way to get to know each other From a learning perspective we covered lots- from birth to baby first aid practical baby care feeding and hypnobirthing It was also great to have the online videos to refer back to The location was a local pub we ve been to for years and it was lovely to be in an environment you feel relaxed in Would definitely recommend we re feeling prepared to meet our little one now

My husband and I really enjoyed the course and found all the information provided to us invaluable It made us feel much more reassured ahead of becoming first time parents We loved the mix of practical and theory and meeting others in the same position as us too There s opportunities to ask any questions even the ones you think are silly which is great

Leytonstone Leyton HPHB

Just finished the Leytonstone Leyton Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal course and thought it was spot on A great amount of essential info delivered in a straight forward easy to understand way which made first time pregnancy and birth feel a lot less daunting Was also great doing a local course and meeting other couples who live nearby going through the exact same thing Would highly recommend

Our experience of Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in TW was so fab It was incredibly informative and the added bonus of video materials to refer back to meant we didn t feel pressure to take in every detail face to face Our course leader Hannah was also SO friendly and most importantly patient with all our questions - nothing felt like too much trouble which for anxious first time parents is very important Hannah was a practising Midwife in the area which also incited a lot of confidence in the information she was delivering to us - we knew she was informed and professional and it also allowed us to ask questions that were specific to our trust and local birthing options The course was held in a relaxed setting which really really helped us to ease into the environment and subsequent ice breakers hands on experience tasks The ONLY thing I would say is the group size felt massive There were 14 couples in our group so make sure you take full advantage of the socials and networking otherwise you ll never get around everyone Thanks so much Hannah and HPHB - we loved it

Couldn t recommend it more We were part of one of the Walthamstow groups and our course host Anneka did a great job of guiding us through everything and putting everyone s minds at ease HPHB seemingly attracts a super friendly bunch of parents-to-be and the course is set up to give you great practical in-person sessions as well as a valuable online resource of videos tips and info sheets Also holding the sessions in a pub helps make the process slightly less daunting and more relaxed

Really enjoyed our sessions in HitchinIt was a great venue and all sessions were informative I felt that it was the right amount I ve seen other ones that have more sessions and I honestly think it would have been too overwhelming Sarah was amazing at guiding us We have already made a WhatsApp group for the mums and I can t wait till we have our babies It s also really helpful that the online portal is valid for 6 months so I can refresh when I need too Thanks again
