Everytime i report a homeless person the same enail is sent to say they cant find then which is an absolute lie as the person is there waiting on help it is very clear they did not even attend dissapointing service

reports done multiple times called and emails and sometimes no response except we got your report and other times the same enail is sent to say they can t find Even provided my number and said I can escort them but they never called So sad in this freezing weather
