Efficient and quick resolution

Eric was very friendly and helpful and resolved my issue in less than 24hrs Minimum wait time for assistance and listened to my concern and assisted me as best as he could when I thought there was nothing that could be done He helped facilitate communication between buyer and seller so that merch could be picked up in a timely manner and for that I am very grateful

Was skeptical due to poor reviews about the US version of stubhub but bought tickets for around 200 Tax was about 40 but the tickets arrived today 2 days after paying so very happy

I sold Taylor Swift tickets for Vienna on Stubhub that was subsequently cancelled I was unable to get a refund from the promoter as my buyer had sold the tickets on since It was quite a unique problem and luckily I was able to speak with Luz from the Quality Department Luz was extremely efficient friendly and professional Her and her Supervisor looked into my case and were able to provide a solution very quickly Her communication with me throughout was brilliant It is thanks to Luz and her handling of the problem that I will continue to sell on Stubhub

Brilliant experience with Stubhub So easy to use and navigate I struggled to get PayPal information to work but credit card worked Confirmation email straight away tickets sent and transferred to my ticketmaster account as promised Were able to get into the venue Great seats One delighted 12 year old this was our only chance to see the Eras tour and we are very grateful to Stub hub and the seller
