Everything was ok the only problem was that I had to wait quite a lot for payment submission

Took over 1 5 hours to get thru their customer service but refund was issued straight away due to flight cancellation and money was credited back to my bank the next day

Refund Sorted

Finally got our refund this morning after numerous attempts at reaching out I do appreciate that there has been some delays with Turkish Airlines but it s just the frustration of timelines and miscommunication In Hindsight no one expected this to happen this whole covid situ therefore with everything taken into account and a bit more of be kind movement in mind I m happy to reassess my review and change it to 4 stars One star left out because of the miscommunication and delays but the rest has been good and prices have been very competitive we ve used SU for years and hope that this situation doesn t deter us from future business All the best

Good customer service

I called them up as they charged me extra for seat adjustment for a flight i booked Customer service was on point they fixed it up and sent me refund the next day only issue is they don t have any online chat option which would be good to have online chat option with customer service as well instead of calling them up

Short wait times and helpful customer service

Reading the reviews before I booked I was fearful especially when I came down with covid 19 2 days before my flight and had to reach out to them for support and a refund To my surprise the call wait time was only a few mins which is amazing compared to other competitors and the call agents were all very helpful In the end I was able to get a refund minus some fees to be expected as I didn t pay extra for cancellations and they followed up with written communication too Will give it 5 stars once the refund hits my bank account but overall very impressed and would use them again

Be aware of extra charges that are not needed

Booking process is easy and flights are a good price However it gives you the option to pay a little extra to choose your seats before you pay After I paid I then found out that choosing your own seats is completely free of charge with the airlines so the extra is basically a waste of money
