Good price for Tickets with a decent

Good price for Tickets with a decent enough airline Only thing was I couldn t get any trip details to show up in the app Took a while to appear in the site Also never received confirmation email so the system is a little broken Luckily the airline had my booking details so I used their app instead

I used StudentUniverse to book a flight

I used StudentUniverse to book a flight to Jamaica it all happened on-line and was very easy However once the booking was made and the amount paid using a credit card I received emails about extra security and was asked to provide photo s of the credit card front and back and a copy of the credit card holder s passport details This was most unusual and I found this very worrying giving these details in response to an email I had to do it as I wanted the flight but felt very uncomfortable

Not able to book the ticket 1st time as after the payment gateway transaction the booking never happened However I was able to do it after few days Still there are lots of information missing such as what will be exact charges for checking baggage as it gives information that we need to check with Airline website which is providing general charges for Checking baggage only it might vary from customer to customer also Or even being student I should get a reduction in the charges for checking baggage

Great prices

Great prices however was not as simple to purchase as I would have liked When first booking the website had some hiccups so too a while for it all to go though When I finally got the booking I realised later on when I checked with Virgin that my ticket did not include luggage even though I had paid extra for it Thankfully I spotted it early and studentuniverse customer services corrected it Customer services very helpful although quite slow

Why ask for my review before I ve flown

I booked my flights yesterday My relationship with StudentUniverse is not complete until I ve landed safely at my destination in 2 months time Sure I have an airline booking confirmation but what if something happens between now and when I fly and perhaps I have a disappointing experience with their after-sales service Writing a glowing review now would be like tipping a waiter a lot before they ve delivered your food If you want a five star review be patient and earn it

Your prices are a God send

Your prices are a God send but some details weren t very clear once we got the confirmation email Like how much luggage we re allowed what to take when we check in Other flight companies ask for passport details you ask for nothing like that I was a bit nervous you weren t ligitimate I m guessing I simply take the confirmation email to check- in and they sort everything from there

Prices were alright

Prices were alright but was unsure about what the travel insurance included When I rang to ask about 3 times I spoke to inexperienced staff that were passing me onto more inexperienced staff I wasn t really helped with my inquiry and had to ask for outside advice However I am happy with my purchase of flight tickets Some good points but a few bad points that need to be worked on
