Terrible company no phone lines for

Terrible company no phone lines for help only get one reply to email once a day print off return labels doesn t work and weeks to get return credited I will not be ordering again

Terrible help

Started off fine Good delivery Started to build furniture and emptied all screws etc Then found piece broken What a carry on trying to get it replaced Wanted me to try to pack half built furniture to return Practically impossible Ended up binning the furniture and headed to ikea to eventually get my very nice furniture

My order arrived damaged

My order arrived damaged I had a lot of trouble getting in touch at first I eventually managed to get the item picked up by the couriers but have heard nothing since Still waiting confirmation of receipt of studio receiving the returned item

Impossible to contact customer services as they don t have a email or phone number

I am very disappointed that I cannot contact you concerning I cannot login to my studio pay account It comes up saying you do not have my mobile phone number which updated loads of times and submitted but still can t login Do you have my mobile number please help

Hassle with Return

This is the second time I am having issues with the return process After speaking with multiple staff members for 3 weeks my first return process was sorted Thought I should try shopping again but same situation No direct contact with customer service team and virtual team are not good in providing any sort of customer service This is very poor service from a company like Studio

Absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely disgraceful service I bought some items at Xmas I mistakenly bought 2 if the same items Tried to return the duplicate article which in itself was a hardship Eventually managed to return said item Informed I would get my refund No refund forthcoming chased it up and I was told to contact the company who supplied the item direct I bought from studio it s their responsibility to get me my refund I have no idea who this company is and studio will now not response to any of my emails Its now nearly April and no refund Shocking service

Buyers Beware

I tried to place a large order but on checking out it only took for one item which of course I had to pay P P As the item was only 2 50 it ended up making it a very expensive item I called straight away to see if I could cancel the order but as everything is AI of course it didn t allow me to neither did it allow me to add items to the order This in my opinion is very bad customer service especially when you can t get to speak to a human Hence I had to place another order and pay another delivery

Conning people out of money

It s absolutely disgusting that they are conning people and stealing from them Be careful when ordering off studio as I ordered 4 pairs trainers Only received 2 pairs and you can see the back of the bag has been taped up to bits they will not accept my claim as the proof of postage shows the bag is fine as it s the front of the bag where the label is even though I have sent pictures of the back of the bag they expect me to pay for all the trainers and including next day delivery They have rejected my claim so point blank refused to give me a refund or even send out some replacement trainers

If I could give a zero score I would I returned an item over a month ago they are ignoring this charging me interest email after email The reply please allow time What year will this be I want to know I ve been left no alternative but to involve trading standards and financial ombudsman I sent every piece of evidence yet keep getting asked for same evidence over and over again Evri confirmed they loaded the return to studio I ve sent this evidence reply please allow more time Rubbish customer service even worse company Ignoring my request of a formal complaint Obviously run by clowns Would not recommend and god forbid if you order don t send anything back it ll disappear into the abyss Studio needn t reach out to me by email as I m getting RSI typing complaint after complaint
