I thought that the items I ordered

I thought that the items I ordered would be in the same package but being sent separately I will be charged more postage which makes me think do I shop with you again

I would never give a company a bad

I would never give a company a bad review but the two cardigans i bought a couple of weeks ago are both very poor quality The red one has loose unfinished stitches on the sleeve and the blue one has loose elastic on the sleeve I will not be wearing them and I wouldn t even gift them to a charity shop To say I am disappointed is putting it very mildly

I have just learned that we now have to pay to send back an item and I am fuming The whole point of a catalogue is that you have the chance to try on what you order and if the fit is not right to send it back for free but apparently this has changed in January and you now have to pay whether it fits or not I will no longer be buying from them as there are many others who do not charge I have been a customer for the last 15 years at least but not any more

I have been a customer for years I have placed an order this morning and had problems paying with studiously so used credit card I have not yet received email to confirm order tried to contact them to confirm but not received anything back now worried to go onto my account and put in any details

Disappointing experience Altigan w

Although the cardigan was ok I had to return it for a smaller size There is no return facilities so I signed up to evri paid 5 44 and the courier never came This has put me off using studio

Waited over 7 weeks for some after

Waited over 7 weeks for some after shave despite there various emails and assurances it was sorted it still did not arrive in the end bought from shop there stock situation on items is truly awful take my advice use very co UK much better company also after shave was 25 pound less in the shop 92 pound on studio and 67 pound in shop studio are a rip off with prices please avoid

Great selection of items for sale but

Great selection of items for sale I spent nearly 100 plus delivery and very happy with most of my items but had a problem with one item and discovered there is no way to contact them If there was I must ve missed it even after searching I think it is a case order at your own risk with fingers crossed

Customer service was awful this week was called a liar twice basically being told I got what I ordered til I had to send evidence was very disappointed

Postage charges for cancelled goods and re orders

I ordered two items but after my order was confirmed Studio cancelled one of the items I paid for postage for the two items but I will need to pay this again when or if I order a replacement item This is not acceptable
