Made an order and confirmation went to spam for some reason so I thought it never went through so re ordered as soon as i realised what had happen tried yo stop the order I emailed you heard nothing it was 2 secs I tried to stop so ended up with same stuff it has all be returned back at my expense and having to pay 2x 4 99 on orders I didn t want Maybe look into this and refund me some postage

Difficult contact The goods did not arrive despite the fact that the money was collected and then I had to fight for several months to get the money backOne of those companies you should stay away from

Goods stolen

My goods were left on my doorstep by the carrier Evri despite the fact that there is a sign on my door telling people not to do that I was out all day and the parcel was stolen Studio have no contact number to speak to a human being and are ignoring my emails Not happy at all AVOID STUDIO AND EVRI If I d known that Evri were the carrier I d never have ordered anything

Child Rucksack

My wife bought a rucksack for our grandson and he had it for a Christmas present in 2023 He turned 1 year old in January and she thought it would be good for when he started nursery He goes once a week and takes a spare change of clothes Now in march the colour has faded the inside is peeling the handle broke and had to be restitched apart from the zip coming off Studio ask for photos and said it had been abused and refused to refund her money They didn t offer to replace as the item was no longer stockedIn summary The goods were substandard and the customer service non existentMy wife has now closed her account and will never use the company again

Shocking lack of care for checking order

Ordered a pair of trainers and somehow got 2 completely different trainers in different sizes Do you even check inside the boxes before dispatching items

Returned an item over a month ago paid what I owed in full Now they are charging for returned item and adding interest Been contacting them for over a month They ask me the same things ask me to send same evidence Absolutely no customer service from this company Avoid at all costs they are A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY IN ADDITION YOU HAVE THE ORDASITY TO ASK ME TO EMAIL YOU MY BLOODY FINGERS ARE FALLING OFF EMAILING YOU TRADING STANDARDS AND FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN ARE INVOLVED NOW

My parcel hasn t arrived yet ask them

My parcel hasn t arrived yet ask them to investigate no reply surely they can check the where the parcel is or has it been delayed My order was supposed to come in e package parcel 1 and 3 came but parcel 2 is missing I checked with evri they said studio didnt send to them they are expecting it Its nearly a week still no update They are saying it has been delivered but the collegue just checked and said they forgot to put it in the package So this shows they dont have a proper system running

I received my parcel from Evri it was all burst opened items where missing out off it I have emailed customer service team still waiting here back from studio sort it out All parcels where burst opened in the cage What s happening with Evri the now

Would not recommend to an enemy

Ordered furniture a month before moving into my house Studio cancelled a month after me moving in Ordered new furniture waited a further 2 months and only half the furniture turned up Emailed customer services since August and the only email I received is we have to passed to relevant department Awful

Sweep

Wrong sizes in the parcel Also no returns label so have no idea if I ve returned it to the right Been with STUDIO for years but since you took over the customer service has been awful NO TELEPHONE LINE FOR QUERIES VERY DISAPPOINTING MARY
