things go wrong every time i order many items not available after i have already placed my order so its to late and they are not willing to amend things in your order

Little upset having to use Studio as I m still upset after my first order I had to send back which had 20 off first order attached Returned because faulty but then lose the 20 off first order Shuddnt lose due to faulty product Really considering closing my account

Terrible website

No problem with the items and service etc but the website is terrible slow keeps directing you back to log on and crashing

Cost too much for delivery Item not as expected and then pay to return Expensive lesson learnt to shop elsewhere

Quicker delivery but ordering anything is ridiculous You ve actually ruined what used to be a straight forward simple and easy to access site Don t know who s idea it is but it needs rethinking

Gone downhill after being bought over

Gone downhill after being bought over I recently placed an order and was promised it would be delivered 4 days later We re now 10 days past the delivery date and have no sign of the order I ve contacted customer service several times trying to find out what s happening and just keep being told they ll contact the supplier for an update and let me know There s no dispatch date delivery date or any information at all No accountability on Studio s part just nonsense about contacting the supplier I m at the end of my tether to be honest

Cheap looking website

My wife used to love shopping on Studio but now the website is very hard to navigate we had a discount code to use but we couldn t find where discount box was Website is too similar to Sports Direct looks Cheap not very well organised no coordination Don t think we will use Studio again

Would have given more stars but nice comfy boots

Would have given more stars but unfortunately there was no labels to sent the item back in the first parcel The second parcel had no invoice despatch note for this item

Very bad service try to make a return

Very bad service try to make a return but no return form on the invoice as it used to be Trying to contact customer service no contact number and when you chat online they ask you for your order number and when given they just say that it s invalid You can t even talk to someone Before you could talk to some friendly people who would help to solve your problem I am very disappointed being a customer for more than a decade now I am not going to order any more from them
