I urge potential shoppers to seriously reconsider their choices before purchasing from Sulfit Clothing This company s approach to handling customer issues is not only appalling but outright disrespectful My recent experience potentially the worst customer service debacle I ve encountered in over 30 years has been nothing short of a complete nightmare and I feel compelled to share these details to prevent others from similar misfortune Issues Encountered Damaged and Incomplete Delivery My order arrived in a deplorable state with damaged packaging and several key items missing This situation was clearly avoidable It was not just an accident but a result of gross negligence A reputable company should have necessary insurances to cover for lost or damaged items ensuring that such burdens are not passed onto customers Customer Service Apathy After reporting the issue the initial responses from Sulfit Clothing were slow and unhelpful To make matters worse they subsequently became completely unresponsive no replies since August 5th despite my repeated attempts to reach out This silence speaks volumes of their disregard for customer satisfaction and support Refusal to Refund Despite being protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which entitles customers to full refunds for undelivered or damaged goods Sulfit Clothing refused to issue a refund Instead they demanded unnecessary documentation and then simply ignored my complaints leaving me trapped in a frustrating and unresolved situation Patronising Communication The tone used in their communications was not only patronising but downright insulting adding insult to injury in an already stressful situation Sulfit Clothing s behaviour is completely unacceptable They have failed not only in their logistical operations but also in basic decency and ethical business practices Their lack of professionalism and responsibility has inflicted considerable financial loss and stress on me This experience could have been entirely avoided with proper foresight and genuine customer care It s a shame because some of their items seem well-designed but the risk of encountering such horrific service makes any potential purchase a gamble not worth taking Avoid Sulfit Clothing if you value your peace of mind and hard-earned money
