Having followed Josh for a number of years and always appreciated and enjoyed his content I was keen to give his brand Sulfit Clothing a try I purchased a grey zip hoodie and it arrived in a few days The hoodie wasn t very soft and not to my liking so I returned it Within their 14-day policy and in an unworn perfect re-sellable condition and this is where the problems started Apparently because I d used a 10 discount code Was a new customer I wasn t eligible for a refund and after a tedious email exchanged it became clear that they wouldn t refund me my money They offered me a gift card for the same value of the hoodie however having returned the item within their 14-day policy and in an unworn perfect re-sellable condition I am entitled to my money back by law I don t understand why you d risk clocking up a host of negative reviews it clearly seems to be a problem from reading some of the other comments here Just deploy a 30-day return policy on all items to keep things simple and to bring yourself in line with other retailers It s what online shoppers come to expect All In all a really disappointing experience which has left me out of pocket and has put me off returning as a customer

Not bad and a decent experience

Jeans are fine but if you re in the US and need to make and exchange or return know that you will be responsible for shipping costs and need to get them back within 14 days of receiving I returned my order and paid the lowest shipping cost at 80 on a 194 return In my opinion one of the benefits of online shopping is having the ability to return items at no cost if they don t fit how you prefer In this case the cost of returns far exceeds the value of the jeans Basically if you re in the US find an organization that is US based or has a better return policy

Ordered jeans in same size and design previously which fit fine this time the legs seemed more baggy I left it too long to return item but this was my fault not the company

Ok jeans don t look well made I am normally a 38 waist down sized to a 36 for a tight fit Could have got in a 34 possibly a 32 Will be returning

It fits perfectly and I love wearing it all the time

Great fit colour did fade after first wash so more grey now than black

Excellent service throughout Jeans fit exactly as described

The style is great just as the material and quality The fit just runs a little skinny for my taste
