Sizing is so off I ve sent 4 emails regarding a return and still waiting a reply I wouldn t buy from this company ever again DONT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans Didn t like them so wanted to send them back Shipping was going to cost 248 dollars to send back and this company said I was responsible for paying the costs Terrible policy and service

Absolutely garbage jeans burst open at couch first time I wore them

ORDER SF22815This place never answers reply to emails this order was delivered somewhere else and after sending severals emails I never got a answer I waited more than a week for my package and after it says it was delivered I still don t have it told them on a email to contact the delivery company to ask them where they dropped the packages and no response from Sulfit clothing

Beware This company are breaking UK trading laws by not offering full refunds within 14 days of returns If you ve been denied a refund in the UK contact Citizens Advice and raise a complaint against them And don t shop with them Update The reply from Sulfit is false The goods were returned within the time permitted under UK trading law and was within 14 days You can see the lie quite clearly on the terms and conditions page on their website where it states returns will be given a credit not a full refund This is just gaslighting As I ve said avoid this company and look for one that isn t breaking UK trading laws

Make sure you read their terms and conditions before purchasing anything I bought a sale item only to find out they don t offer a refund Absolutle shit if you ask me I contacted them and said I was unaware and it was way below the 14 day mark but they only offered a credit note as i hadnt read their T C s I ended up buying a random piece of clothing and then selling it to get half my money back Ridiculous

Ordered something that didn t suit me so I sent the item back I received a gift voucher via email and then asked for a full refund The item was already discounted sale when I applied my further 10 off as a new customer and apparently can t get a full refund due to the item being over 25 off at check out Wouldn t deal with them again can t see them being around long if they treat customers like this

Its basicaly a scam I bought joggers from them in the past twice fitted aura joggers 2 generations they where great specialy the second generation but in march 2025 this i had a very bad experience i spent about 100 on 3 joggers from this company called the luxe aura joggers so they still call them aura joggers but luxe u would assume that they are even better then before but no on arrival i tryed them and the joggers where lose nothing like before fabric was worse then before fitting was worse then before and confirt was not like before either I contacted them by email and they said the previous generations will not come back as they have changed supplier no wonder the worse qualirty material and loose fit Problem starts after when i decited to return the prodouct you will pay your own postage and make sure its tracked as i seen revies of people that didnt get a refudn because the return delivery was never recived on top of that i had to contact them for a refund as i saw with the tracking my parcel was there 2 days early so it took me contacting them to refund but dosent end there they will not give you a refund they said if you buy something that is on discount then you will not recive a refund but a gift card so i got a 100 gift card i requested them if they can refund but they said it per their terms they cant refund discounted stuff and guess what 99 of the items on their website are on discount but dosent end there so ok no refund so i leave the reviews only on the 3 prodoucts that i bought explaining other people the fitting and naming situation and the refund situation i check after few days and the review is deleted on all 3 prodoucts so they are tampring with reviews on their prodoucts so it looks like its all 4 star or more by deleting lower reviews Now i have 100 pound stuck with a company wich basicaly after checking theyr inventory is mostly stuff from shein at a ripoff price It used to be good but now

I was going to purchase jeans from this company but on reading reviews and their response it has put me off They clear skirt around the issue to avoid giving refunds by original methods instead offering only a credit note They do say in one of their responses that the receive hundreds of emails everyday Are these emails from disgruntled customers Thanks but I ll ordered elsewhere that offers refunds if not suitable and doesn t try to say you returned outside your returns window As long as you have proof of return and it s well within the 14 days they should honour their refund policy
