Do not get a server from themAccording to their own words I bought a server with a 10 gigabit portOut of 30 days my server shut down on its own for 4 days and I had to rebuild the server to fix it There were about 7 days left until the time of my server was over and it said server canceled in the site and when I sent it to the support they said that you should not always use a bandwidth of more than 200 megabits But this work of this data center is not correct because I got a server with a 10 gigabit port from themIn short I was not satisfied with them at all

Terrible customer service

I was getting virtual server services from this company and they suddenly suspended my server As soon as it was suspended I filed a support ticket and they closed the ticket without a response After closing the ticket they also suspended my account I asked the site s online support and they told me that we do not provide services to you and that we closed your service and account due to excessive use I even told them that I paid for the new month s service and you should refund it and they said that you will not be charged for the refund I have never seen this type of customer service anywhere Unfortunately I have no evidence against them except for the unanswered emails sent by them I said this because after this experience I know that support will come and want to have their own explanations

SCAM ALERT

I purchased 5 virtual servers and used them for about a year without any delayed invoices Then out of nowhere my account was suspended without any prior notice When I reached out to support this was their response Due to high line usage your account has been suspended and your orders have been canceled I m absolutely speechless Not only did I lose all my data but even my backup servers were wiped out because of their absurd and nonsensical logic Avoid this company at all costs

Worst head presenter

We have been using this company for server services for more than two months Since the bandwidth of one of our servers had increased and they had once asked us to reduce the bandwidth they asked us to reduce the bandwidth within half an hour and we did so and even asked for their full cooperation to fix the problem Unfortunately this company is the most irresponsible company we have ever worked with They completely blocked our account without prior notice and the 6 servers we purchased from them were deleted without providing or receiving any backups We were very satisfied with their support at first but they suddenly changed their policy and blocked the entire account without any prior notice due to the increase in traffic on one of our servers In general this irresponsible company has no credibility because they decide to delete you based on their own interests without any accountability for this action This company is not recommended at all If you don t believe us then try it yourself and you will see what we mean

Scam artists

I have purchased three servers and they all came out infected with Spamhaus blocklist when I reached out to them they said they wouldn t change or refund it since it was not their problem and then they started accusing me of spamming I advise all dear readers to avoid this company at all costs

I would like to share my experience with Sunucun which unfortunately has been quite disappointing I purchased three servers from them one of which was delivered with only one IP address despite my request for five The other two servers remained in a pending state for an entire month Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times via emails and inquiries I did not receive any response When I finally requested a refund for the undelivered services I was informed that the issue was on my end which I found quite frustrating given the lack of support and follow-up from their side
