Who are they and why do they cheat

I guess they are cheaters because they first sell their sim cards and after the sim cards are bought - they claim they can only register to national IDs In technical support they wrote that they will refund the money due to this fraud but a month has passed and this fraud continues I do not recommend to get in touch with this incomprehensible company which is like an experienced deceiver in the bazaar at any price sells its goods that can not be used
