False advertising and China-manufactured products at SveaBeauty

DO NOT ORDER SveaBeauty advertises a 100 satisfaction guarantee and waterproof formula for their eyebrow cream However the product manufactured in China is far from waterproof and can be easily wiped off with a piece of paper Despite their claims of 100 satisfaction guarantee they expect customers to cover return shipping costs to China in order to get a refund of their falsely advertised product which is a clear violation of EU consumer protection law They also failed to respond to customer service messages in English It was only after I sent a message in Swedish directly through their website that I received a reply To this day the product has not been refunded nor has a free return option been provided as mandated by EU consumer law which they are required to comply with even if the products are manufactured in China To sum up Avoid SveaBeauty Despite being marketed as a Scandinavian brand their waste-of-money products fail to live up to claims of waterproof performance and a 100 satisfaction guarantee I wish I red these reviews in advance all 1-2 stars - for a reason Misleading illegal advertising and a scam company
