The good Seems like a wide variety of coins tokens available The bad -not a great UI-completely lacking information besides an order ID after completion no way to verify wallet addresses or anything once done -took them 61 minutes to exchange from when they received my Ethereum -they mislabeled KEY as Selfkey Once I figured out how to add the correct token to my wallet I was able to send it back through swapzone and end up with 12 less ETH than when I started and 4 hours of my time wasted

Watch out they are partners with swapuz Swapuz scammed me and they are based in ukraine You can not file a lawsuit in a country full of war

Exchanged through Swapzone website using the exolix exchange The least thing I can say about swapzone is that these guys are thieves They are showing much better rates than the real ones simply to drug you in Totally unacceptable business tactics The difference is about 3 which is huge like 10 times a normal commission In detail I made the trade 610160fe0c0cf225244d0cbaThe exchange was delayed about 1 5 hours which is by far the slowest experience I ever had from all exchanges I have ever used but to be fair this is probably not swapzone s fault but exolix s Anyway because of the extreme delay I tried to contact support but since they did not have chat I contacted exolix While I was waiting for a reply I realized that the rates on exolix s website are totally inconsistent with the rates swapzone is showing about exolix Particularly swapzone shows fake rates that are about 3 better than the real ones exolix gives I randomly selected a few other pairs and realized that they do this to all pairs at least the sample pairs I tried Then my exchange was completed in about 1 5 hours and indeed I received much less than the amount they were showing I have screenshots both from swapzone and exolix the same time is shown in both and swapzone was showing 3 better rates about exolix than exolix website itself I also have screenshots both from swapzone and exolix a couple of minutes before my trade was completed At 17 38 the rate they were showing was 0 50338 BTC and at 17 39 the trade completed with rate 0 48738 This is a difference of 3 23 0 016 BTC 639 I have screenshots for both I will post these pictures and a document with this description definitely both on Twitter and in the NAV community where I am a leading member and supporter from early on if only to expose them and others will not get scammed by these types of unreliable websites As a strong proponent of decentralization and crypto I feel the social obligation to share this in any place I can and warn others as these types of websites ruin the industry and push mainstream adoption back scamming people for profit They should be eliminated UPDATE I don t believe this You lie into my face The change of 3 23 was from the rate you were showing 1 min before the transaction completed Within 1 min I received less by 3 23 and you come to me to say about float rate No market volatility during that 1 min can explain the stolen 3 23

You stoled my coins hopefully I just tested them with a small amount to see how it goed and guess what they they stole it imagine if I trusted them with a big amount and what others said is never the truth in this world there are many thieves and this site is one of them and my advice do the swap with the minimum amount and see yourself the trick the transaction will fail and you will pay an expensive network fees with no result and money lost I ve been fooled so many times by who pretend the site is good speack up dont let scamers scam more or at least test it with a small amount dont trust who glorify the service they are jusy a paid clown

Swap failed and despite sending numerous emails to swapzone support i have not received any replies and my funds are still missing I wouldn t trust this site for anything Edit 2 I have yet to receive a response from support for close to a week now despite sending daily follow up emails in an attempt to get a hold of anyone Edit3 with support reaching out and through chat request i was able to finally get in touch with someone who was able to help me They say it failed due to wrong amount being sent I used the auto pull option they have gave access to my wallet and allowed them to pull what they needed It failed due to their system pulling 1 of what it should then it did again then correct amount was sent on the third attempt I ended up with HALF of what my transaction was worth at the time i initially started the swap due to value increase Support doesn t seem to be very apologetic or at all They claimed to be shocked hearing about my experience and yet when i for the umpteenth time mentioned that there was no response for 5 days with 7 emails sent to them over that time frame the only response was we are sorry to hear about that and will bring this onwards If your support tab opens an email maybe MONITOR your email I wouldn t have been upset if they followed their own info which states transactions are reverted after 24 hours if they fail that would have been according to their own info and i would have accepted that loss due to my own mistake Spoiler - they do not I lost over 700k lunc in value or over 350usd due to swapzone There is no accountability on their end It boiled down to tough luck lol I would advice you to stay the hell away from them unless you are ok with potentially loosing your funds for a week and chasing them like a madman in a desperate attempt to get anyone to respond

I did an exchange of XLM to XRP However the amount that was received in my wallet wasn t the amount received number that is displayed on the finished transaction page 20 coins difference Customer support tried to attribute this to the additional fee language that I agreed to in the terms of use That additional fee language should not allow you or the exchange provider to arbitrarily withhold coins on potentially every swap with every customer that uses your service I will not be using the service again and anyone that chooses to should be aware of this business practice Edit It seems I m not the only one with this problem See review by user named Mark from June 8 2020 with title The biggest scam exchange site in the Edit 2 There is always some canned response for shady business practices When you tell me I received X on the final transaction page and I actually received X - 20 in my account that s a problem That is not the same as what the company responded with Any fees that they mention should be deducted before they provide a final number to me Imagine if I bought BTC and the amount received was 0 557620818 but the actual amount in wallet was 0 547620818 Hardly noticeable but that 0 01 is over 500 at today s price Edit 3 final Let me be very clear here I had NO expectations on the outcome of the exchange I was willing to except whatever the exchange rate was the fees I had to pay and the coins I would ultimately get They told me the exact number of coins I received When I looked in my wallet I didn t receive that same number That s the problem Anyone using this service needs to check every single decimal place of those two numbers very closely
