Holdings myself back from a 1 star rating because it has worked in the past But this isn t the first problem either Actually I m only writing this because they seem to respond to these in a timely manner Can t say the same for support Sent 50 usdt-trc20 which cleared on tronscan pretty much instantaneously However their end still says waiting on deposit This was 48hrs ago I contacted them an hour into this however Received a response no less than 24hrs later saying they had contacted their partner simpleswap Haven t been able to get anything else from swapzone at all I even got tired of trying and contacted simpleswap who say they haven t received anything at all from swapzone SERIOUSLY Simpleswap suggested I contact contact them several more times in hopes of getting a reply or to actually send simpleswap what they said they already did in the first place Still nothing Tried from several separate email addresses even Can t even get a refund Of course not that return address slot is there for no reason they never use it This is pathetic

Tried Swapzone for a small swap and it was a huge mistake Six hours into the first transaction was quoted less than one hour still no swap Received lots of friendly customer service nonsense but no actual help beyond a refund minus a transaction fee of course Perhaps they deserve recognition for not outright stealing but in the end not only does Swapzone not follow-through on promises I lost money in lost opportunity and time dealing with them Not sure if that s the usual experience but it seems that way You should think twice before trusting the positive reviews on this page Think three times before actually using them

Once again got screwed on the floating rate

Way less coins received than what I was quoted

Got screwed on the conversion rate I know it was flexible but there was no fixed offered

I tried to make 2 swaps in my first time trying the site my other review was a positive experience The second attempted swap showed some serious shortcomings The trade would come back as failed to create order I wrote support in chat then was directed to ask the question through email Support was quick to respond which is good the bad is they were quick to drop any further contact I had provided a screenshot I provided it to help with my question this wasn t anything they had asked me for and then was asked for some info in text form ok I get it easier to copy and paste wallet addresses even though all info needed was in the screenshot Here we are a week later and no contact at all not we re still looking into it or this is more involved than we thought None of that just radio silence with no outcome to my question I think I got the answer to why my swap wouldn t go through but this doesn t change my experience doubt I would waste my time contacting support again If there was a need to contact support and it was something more involved I would probably never hear back from them after first contact Most wallets have a swap function built in to them making sites like this really need to stand out to be used in the first place Doubt I will be using this service for anything but the rare trade here and there Request 5900Update 3 21 2022please check my updated response to ticket 5900 I think that may be a better place for the additional information I have to update you with

I will have to rate the company as a 2 star My transaction was declined by the third party after waiting for hours I will have to say the money was returned to the original account which was nice except for an exorbitant fee I will choose to use my normal exchange from now on Order ID 60823f7b1f5fca58ae62b159Upd I gave you the order ID to research the shortcomings of that transaction I am sorry but me contacting your support to benefit you at this time does little for me Unless you would like me to work like you guys I will be happy to continue this dialogue but first you will need to deposit funds into my wallet for my time I can provide you an address if you would like more feedback from me

you send the money when you saw the charges is more than my money am receiving why because it has given me a loss now

Tried swapping BTC for DOGE never got passed the waiting for deposit screen even though the BTC transaction was confirmed in blockchain There did reach out and apologized and offered a refund so I can t be too mad I ll edit this review
