I am absolutely overjoyed with the pieces I purchased from SW James The entire experience was a delight from the website to leather samples to choosing items to ordering to delivery Warren s care expertise and clear focus on craft and heritage shone through at every step along the way My new Huxley 3-seater and snuggler look like they were made for my living room and are exactly as I had wished This wasn t just a transaction this was getting to know a business Highly highly recommend

After shopping around at the usual sofa outlets and leaving disappointed by the quality available we came across SWJames online and liked what we saw After contacting them for samples we were impressed by the response we recieved We took the 2 hour journey to visit the showroom we were greeted by Warren and a much needed coffee and after looking around the showroom we were amazed at the quality of the hand made sofas We ordered 2 sofas and a footstool on the day The communication with Warren was first class from start to finish and they arrived earlier then expect much to our excitement We are more then overjoyed with our beautiful sofas Thank you Warren for all your help

Huxley 3 seater and 2 snugglers

I spent a lot of time going to the main outlets and just wasn t seeing anything that warranted spending the money on I searched the internet and came across SW James and was so tempted to just buy online because I liked the look of the products but I needed three and decided I needed to make the 4 1 2 hour journey it was so worth it because I was going to purchase the Monty product but decided on the Huxley It was an absolute pleasure meeting and dealing with Warren and kept us informed on progress all the way through Everyone who comes to visit comment on sofa and snugglers Thanks again Warren

Just bought a lovely Chesterfield from S W James and wanted to say what a beautiful piece of furniture it is Even better than that is the customer care from Warren and his team updates throughout the build calls after delivery to ensure all is well and that we were 100 happy too Fantastic wish all companies were this level of quality and care

We purchased a Monty 2 seater Chesterfield and 2 matching chairs in green leather The build quality and finished product is of the highest standard possible and we are all extremely delighted with it including our two cockapoos Not only are these chairs extremely comfortable they also look very classy in our new Orangery S W James and Warren kept us continually updated with the progress during manufacture and the entire experience with S W James was first class throughout We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending other people to S W James as their professionalism and customer care is second to none Big thank you Warren happy to be a member of the S W James family
