This is an update to my previous review on 5th November Sadly little has changed SydneyFX have refused to return my funds unless I deposit an additional 7500 into my account which of course I refuse to do They have reopened my closed trades meaning that through the charges being applied my margin is being slowly eroded and will eventually be 0 at which time they can close my account and there s nothing I can do to stop this However on a positive front the UK fraud squad are pursuing their enquiries and have given me some options to recover my initial deposit of 3800 as this was through a UK company and as such are regulated by the FCA and UK law

Been trying to withdraw my money and keep getting excuses The funds are needed to help pay for my mothers funeral qhitchi have explained to Oscar Bloom Today the arranged day of with draw he messaged me saying he was not feeling well so would contact me next week and then refused any more contact The call centre kept saying message has been sent to supervisors and they would call me 7 calls now and now they just hang up I m beginning to wonder if I will ever get any money back

Do not invest with this company At first they seem very supportive and helpful but will take your money

Initially I had a good experience with Sydney FX and saw my investment grow rapidly However I have recently had a need to withdraw a large proportion of the investment I have made withdrawals previously and they have all gone very smoothly but these were for small sums of money My account manager told me that he had executed the transaction last week but I have not had a confirmation email from Sydney FX Then today I get a phonecall from someone else at Sydney FX claiming they have an obligation on behalf of the FCA to check the end to end payment and I would need to download some software essentially to see my bank accounts Sydney FX are not authorised by the FCA so this request makes no sense In addition I was told that Sydney FX are closing all private accounts and unless I agreed to the request they would close the account without paying me I have tried to contact my account manager but have not had a response If Sydney FX organise the transfer of money as promised I will happily amend this review Since my review above the reply below from SydneyFX io states that I appear to be lying On 10 Jan 25 Sydney FX transferred 50US to my Kraken account as a test to confirm the account details were correct The money was received in less than 14 minutes My Account Manager at Sydney FX then confirmed a further 20 000 USD had been sent to the same Kraken account This money has never been received It is also not listed as a withdrawal within my Sydney FX account however it has been deducted from my remaining balance within my trading account My Account Manager has not responded to any of my subsequent messages and there is no formal way to complain - well not one I can find Sydney FX have all my account details to make the transfer but for some reason are unwilling to execute the transaction These are not unfounded accusations and I have all the paperwork to support these statements

Things started off well with good communication and positive behaviour from the account manager when you made a small deposit After a few months the account manager began pressuring to invest more money When you refused the behaviour became more aggressive with constant calls and high-pressure tactics I wanted to close my account due to personal issues when the company came to know that I am not going to invest more money slowly they stopped communicating with me cannot access account on my mobile app they changed settings so I was unable to withdraw money

Well another day and another broken promise that my account manager would call to help me withdraw my available funds and wrap up my account Since 25th November I have requested this every day Repeated requests via email what s app what s laughingly called Live Support and telephone calls are being ignored I m terminally ill I ve explained this on numerous occasions My time is limited I m having to spend it chasing this company and the account managers Customer support is useless All they say is that they will pass the message on It s atrocious I ve even asked them to come clean and tell me if what I suspect is correct That I ve been conned They were a bit shocked but once composed I was again assured that they are a reputable firm Obviously that s not the case My own fault I suppose Anyway I ve contacted the Financial Conduct Authority My Bank and have contacted TV s Martin Lewis This is the 2nd time I ve written a review here The first time I was called by someone screaming at me to take it down I did as I had written it in anger This time I m cool as a cucumber I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU RUN FOR THE HILLS Also I suspect my details have been passed on or sold to other companies as I get repeated scam emails and texts Watch this space

Anyone that rates them positive is either one of them or has not experience what I and some other folks that filed cases experienced At first they acted as if my is safe with them and even showed me how to withdraw 1 aggressive calls and talks to make more deposits which the account will in turn be depleted by the same acct manager And still call for more deposits first take responsibility for how you ran the trades I to losses but to them it s like a game and you re obligated to send them your sweats 2 After I had a disagreement with them and asked for refund I guess that proved to them that I was useless and they went ahead to sell off my information to other firms like them I got a barrage of calls reported a few of the numbers And many unsolicited emails 3 Refusal to repay all deposits I made and being at first passed around and then being ignored for over a month me realize what I was dealing with I started a dispute on Thursday Jan10 notifying NAT SA Secuirties at first it was a deeper overview of what had transpired more like an assesment and at this point I gave the nod to at least reclaim what s rightfully mine which ibhave retrievd From everythig that transpired sydneyfx has been like this for like 2 years The managers names are aliases even Oscar dozed already my manager is an alias they cant be anonymous forever There s a class action being filed through same legal security firm that retrievd my deposits if only other folks can push for this we can make them pay and be prosecuted

Sydney FX Scam ReviewWARNING SCAM ALERT - 100 - Promised everything - delivered nothing Sucked me in with a 60Kusd deposit into my Binance account Sucked in with 2 x Bonus Agreements Deposited 240K USD through SWYFTX and Binance 5million USD Account Balance with Equity of 3 5million usd sabotaged in 1 night on Tuesday 21st January 2025 with outrageous trades on Cocoa Aluminium and Palladium 1 Trade alone attracted a 1 2million usd negative loss same night Aluminium trade crashed 600kusd within seconds of being opened in one night Broker David Gold Alias DISABLED MY TRADING ACCOUNT on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 after I expressed concern s Excessive commission s Swaps daily that erode your account especially when disabled Ghosted by Broker s on whatsapp email and thorough LACK of support at SydneyFX support s 2 day s phoning the support phone number for no action from Sydney FX Management Scammer s going by FAKE names of alias David Gold and alias Ron Silver Please remember these name s as they are parasite s and coward s On Friday 24th January I submitted a withdrawl while alias David Gold and alias Ron Silver sat on idle hand s Available Balance in my Account of 341 472usd All requests for this withdrawl to me APPROVED fell on deaf ear s All communication requests ignored Ironic I knew this was a Scammers trick How so many have complained about Sydney FX and their extremely poor withdrawl process I have attached my withdrawl photo as evidence My account haemorraghed and as per photo effective 7 30pm had equity of 14 454 10kusd Destroyed in several night s whilst Brokers did nothing Left ghosted with a disabled trading account until it s destruction this evening SYDNEY FX SCAMMERS CAUSED MY PARTNER TO HAVE A SERIOUS LIFE THREATENING EVENT NAMELY A HEART ATTACK SHE IS CURRENTLY IN HOSPITAL SYDNEY FX ROBBED FUNDS FOR MY DAUGHTER S IVF MEDICAL TREATMENT SYDNEY FX RIPPED OFF A 78 YEAR OLD MAN S RETIREMENT FUND I WAS TRYING TO RECOVER DUE TO HIS SYDNEY FX ACCOUNT BEING SABOTAGED How convenient this afternoon alias David Gold opened my trading account and closed 20 out of 23 trade s I have documented the Sydney FX Platform and have photo evidence of all of my claims I will not hesitate in reporting Sydney FX to the AFP Cyber Crime Unit Noting parasite s - with Alias David Gold and Alias Ron Silver operate within the Melbourne FX also I look forward to these two parasite s attempting to prove me wrong with the usual line of Elon Musk and other rich and famous They have NO EVIDENCE TO BACK UP THEIR CLAIM S I have so much photo evidence to provide anyone that would like to request it through this site Happy to divulge all their parasite tactic s You can message me through the Productreview website if you would like further information WARNING - SYDNEY FX IS A SCAM - Don t believe any positive review s Please avoid like the plague of which these parasite s operate within Just looked at the account and down to 2Kusd Only last week was 3 5million usd Avoid like you would any parasite

The refuse to let me make with withdrawal until I make further deposit I eventually learned a lot and quite at ease and stick with san ven LLC they are kind and always available they give stead payout

I completely refute your allegations My trader Daniel Martin was for months seemingly very helpful and encouraging He advised and encouraged me to invest a great deal of money - which I desperately cannot afford to lose but it is now clear that is exactly what happened It seems I will never get it back and so I strongly advise other people not to have anything to do with this company who have taken my hard earned money away I know there are plenty of positive reviews of this company but I really don t know if they are genuine and no-one has said that they have actually made and received any profits from their investments I tried to reply through the official channels you mention but I cannot find a way to do this If you wish to know the details I can send an email if you give me the address
