Additional help needed

I m a new customer and I ve heard many positive comments about this broker specifically from new traders One thing that caught me off guard was the volume of information that was spilled on me I really dont know what i was thinking but if any of you plan to step into the world of trading i recommend making enough time ahead otherwise it won t be possible to succeed without any contribution on your part Personally I got myself into a trading course which helps me to stay on top of the thing This broker also provides additional help and education but I find it too hard to manage on my own

I ve seen various improvements on the platform over the past few weeks As I ve been trading with them for a few months now i recently upgraded to a higher account type and i expected more I ve filed some complaints about loading issues and technical difficulties I ve been experiencing and I m happy to see they care Additionally I love using the trading guides as a learning tool Im sure they offer much more than that just have to play around with the website to find them Altogether a firm that wants their clients to succeed and invest and make profits

I ve been with Sydneyfx for over three months now and I m really enjoying it I m not the best with tech stuff but Anne McClain has been a huge help She s always there when I need her making everything easy to understand The leverage rate are decent letting me trade without worrying too much about risk plus they have demo account to trade with different strategies Withdrawals are super smooth and my profits have been going up steadily SydneyFX has made trading feel easy and secure for me and I m excited to see where this journey takes me

Today I spoke with Sarah I was curious about opening an account with them As I m still making my calculations I did want to mention that Sarah s unbelievable professionalism and patience had swept me off my feet I am an old-time trader and have had my share with all kinds of brokers and I m quite used to them being impatient and always pushing to close the deal The conversation with Sarah was long I had a lot of questions and she provided a detailed answer to each one of them without leaving any good or bad factor unmentioned Her being so straightforward is what makes her a great person and a fantastic broker I will contact you again within a few days after I make my final decision

A firm designed to suit all traders Old young inexperienced they can handle all The account managers are very well trained being that I got assigned someone new almost a week into setting up my account Both of them are very professional in trading and know what they re talking about Thanks to my assigned account manager John Cooper for his advice and help through this all It s been rough financially but thankfully I m getting out of my debts thanks to trading with Sydneyfx

Some may say that the selection of assets is great and offers variety but to me as a beginner I see it as overwhelming There are too many options to choose from Other than that the platform operates smoothly the reps on call are helpful and withdrawals are quick and easy Would like to see improvement with the email responses they just take too long and honestly once I get a response I ve most likely solved the issue by myself There is a chat option available on the platform but for more complicated inquires the chat option is not always relevant
