I had a great experience with people from Systeme io helping me migrate my website I took a chance to try them out and I find their customer service incredible I hope this continues because if it does I am a life long customer I will be recommending them to friends Edit I ve had Systeme io for a few months and I have a technical issue that hasn t been resolved for a week My website is down which as any business owner knows is one of the worst things that can happen I may be switching back to Wix given the fact Systeme io is no longer sending support to its clients at least me I also appreciated the free migration but the website builder itself is quite clunky I can t see myself staying here even though I paid for the year

Good tool but the attitude of some of the Support people is pathetic Specifically the people looking after email deliverability The tone of their emails is condescending and utterly RUDE It makes one feel like you re some kind of criminal On top of that Instead of first reaching out to the client They just block you from sending out emails for no reason So you re guilty until proven innocent Only with the platform a few weeks but this unprofessional communication and treatment is not acceptable I didn t have a single issue with my previous service on my emails but here it seems like every email I send and every lead i add is a going to be an issue And i will be treated like I m some kind of criminal Not happy at all thus far just based on thisUPDATE - Feedback to Reply by SIO The part being conveniently being left out in your reply is that in October this same support person sent me an email asking me to clean my email list And also asked me whether I have permission to email the people on that list To which I provided a concrete formal response after which the person confirmed that all was in order for my list to be migrated So why does the person then send a second email 3 weeks later to question me about something I already addressed in October That s the reason I feel harrassed Check the previous emails from October before confirming all is OK and you ll have context to the frustration on my part I did not import any further contacts since the original migration till now So the November email and my account being blocked without warning was totally unnecessary

I know it s cheap but come on

I know that for the price it has a LOT of features which I really appreciate about the software But some basics are missing and there are a lot of bugs For example I have clicked several self-help links that land 404 Some builder functionalities are glitching and make the work 10x harder I duplicated funnel steps and automations haven t been duplicated i have to redo the 45-minute set up all over again Some really basic common sense is missing everywhere in the software and I asked myself hundreds of times why the hell would they do it like this I have tried the software for the first time in 2018 right after it came out but felt it was too buggy I thought i d come back after a while I came back to it now 5 years later and I still find the same level of bugs and inconveniences I haven t monitored the evolution of the software but it feels the first version has been released in 2018 and then nothing has been really improved You guys have great potential with your offer but after 5 years it s really weird to still see some of the issues I have witnessed It makes me wonder if anyone on the team is actively seeking to improve the user experience or even fix bugs

Fantastic software Customer service is lacking though I mean the reps are really good and the resources on the website are pretty good but it s nearly 2023 I m paying 300 year but even if I upgrade to the 100 month I have to wait a full day to receive a reply for support Even if it s a quick Y N question The day Systeme fixes their support system They will be unstoppable P S they delete any negative comment post in their Facebook group That s a huge red flag in my books A FB community is usually to so people can bounce ideas and fix problems together But no Anything that can be asked to support shouldn t be mentioned in the FB group You HAVE to wait 24hours or less to get a reply from the support teamEdit Fantastic software Fantastic support team Fantastic idea I AM A FAN But personally the support system operations really brings it down Anyone who buys Systeme LOVES systeme and isn t being malicious when trying to use the FB group to get help If I made a post in the group about how I made 50 000 this month with systeme and then mention some feedback my post will be deleted not approved Is it insecurity Because like I said you guys have a really good software

Very unreliable platform

I ve been using Systeme for only about 5 days and I m already soooo frustrated with how slow and glitchy the platform is I set up funnels and did testing etc and the testing works but when I go live and have people using my funnel it s showing up that they have been sent my emails but they are telling me they haven t received anything Customer support takes more than a day to get back to me This system sucks If it wasn t for the fact that it took me forever to set everything up and get verified I d be moving on to another platform but I ve spent so much time setting everything up I need it to just start working properly

I went into systeme io really hoping for a lot The reviews were incredible and because I ve already used a few platforms I m not new to this - I felt pretty confident I ran into issues with creating what I wanted right away While the people who were able to help me were nice enough - it took a WHILE to get consistent tech support They do not have a quick turnaround for support On average it was a few days before I heard back Also while their pricing is excellent - the system itself is FAR from intuitive If making funnels for a living is your job - you ll love this system If you re a business owner like me that just wants to run your platform on a simple and robust system - this isn t it Again I m not new to this and it was a clunky and difficult system to for me to build some simple web pages and create a flow for my coaching services This is because it s not built for coaches - it s built for courses funnels pretty strictly It s also not built for a membership with student or client interaction Even though I paid for the year upgrade I kind of regret it The comments made about them deleting negative reviews is also true They have a reason for why they do this but their groups feel pretty spammy and weird IMO My advice go into the free trial and really spend a good amount of time with it to see if it s going to fit your needs Give yourself like a month

I liked Systeme s robust funnel building and email marketing automations UI is beginner friendly too and resourceful enough for experienced folks

I love using them But don t trust the reviews

I ve been using systeme for around 6 months now and love it It s not as easy to use as e-mail marketing tools like MailerLite MailChimp and other But if has great functionality if you re willing to tinker with it enough Has a great support team which will help with great advice very fast BUT Everyone is incentivised to leave good reviews by getting free courses on how to make more money online And negative feedback on features are deleted by admins on their FB community I like the platform I like that they re working on improving it all the time support is top notch But once my negative feedback about bugs in the new feature were removed I thought I should make that known in a place where they can t remove a comment that easily

Friends - I am on a paid annual plan Not Premium but not free My two reasons for moving to Systemeio were because I m on their mailing list and Aureilone assures me this is the best system for entrepreneurs who want to build communities affiliate marketing and share programs WTS I also was impressed with the migration option because my tech skills are pretty low I m looking forward to seeing how Systemeio works for emailing campaigns funnels and for my vlog website I was happy that my support adviser the very supportive Khalil could help migrate my funnels over although working with different time-zones made for quite a few communication delays and it took a bit of time 2 months from quote to finish but in the end I am pleased to say today my funnels and website are fully located on their platform SystemeIO support is a standout feature The communicate so even if you have to wait or get given another article to read to work it out yourself I gave 4 stars when it s more like 4 25 but I need to see how Aurelian s promises manifest
