Problem solved after a while

The customer service resolved my problem I hope my experience can be usefulI purchased the startup pack to try systeme ioI entered my subdomain following the instructions I also checked in DNS checker all fine After 48 hours still my subdomain was being checked Thinking I made some mistake I cancelled and repeated the procedure did all double check in DNS checker in the various tutorials on the blog and on Youtube all fine Another 48 hours pass and they still have not connected my domain This morning I write to them also sending screenshots asking politely that they connect the subdomain to my account 2 hours pass and magically in my account my subdomain is gone Instead of linking it they completely erased it Now I did the procedure again for the third time and wrote to them to complete the connection with screenshots I urged them not to delete it After this they resolved my problem 4 stars for the waste of time

I ve just started using System io but it seems to have everything I need to take my business online And the support team is quick to respond with answers to my questions It is different from other email marketing companies I ve used before --- in a very good way It s great to have everything I need in one place

I m glad I switched A lot of features good support

I switched to Systeme io as it offered an all-in-one platform which made a lot of sense So far I ve been very pleased with the platform and the level of support It definitely does what it says on the tin The only reason I didn t give it 5 stars is because they don t have an online live chat box to help with queries and even though they do respond promptly and have so far solved all my issues I would prefer to have that faster option of chatting in real time with a customer service person rather than having to wait for an email to come back Other than that all good I m glad I switched because I can see it has a lot more features than the other one I was using

Problem solved

I gave four stars because I think nobody is perfect although systeme io is close to that When I started my business online almost didn t start because of the technical side of it I tried pretty much all of the platforms out there and honestly couldn t find a better one than systeme io It is easy to use and understand and the support is fast it has never left me cold yet I could recommend this to anyone Great work guys and thank you

Customer Support

So far I like the customer support It responds faster unlike the others So I gave 4 stars I just got the free account Still testing the waters I have a website running for 4 years already Has not really taken off I have identified and addressed my other issues like choice of niche and target audience Sales Funnels and Email Marketing still a problem Big thanks to Doc Lloyd who referred me to this site I have high hopes systeme io would deliver

The transition support is super helpful

I ve been looking for a platform that integrates website funnels and email campaigns and really excited to start testing this with Systeme The transition team helped me move my website course and email campaigns which was a HUGE help The only reason I give it a 4 4 5 not possible and not a 5 is because a zoom call was not possible to finalize the transition so it took a lot of back and forth emails which I found time consuming

I would give it 4 5 but that s not possible so here we are Very good suite of services and good support although only available via email The website builder could be better but it s a lot better already than the competitors I ve looked into at this price point Also nice opportunity to make a little money on the side with their affiliate program
