My dog loves her new bed It s soft and cosy around her but hard wearing against the digging she does in the night Communication was excellent from the company I was kept informed of progress with the order at each stage Delivery was fast and response timing when I had a query was really fast

Everything was absolutely perfect
Arrived before expected date Little bit big for crate but my fault for not checking measurements Dogs seem ok with it and I don t have to stress about putting them in crate a little bit wet muddy after a walk for ride home

Love the products
I purchased the bow tie leash bandana and collar for my dog and must say I am very impressed The material is soft and durable There is no plastic used in any of the items received The logo is made of leather and the buckle on the collar made of metal I look forward to purchasing more items from this shop as you can tell they take pride in their work and provide perfection

Love it so much so stylish
We initially ordered a waterproof bed that was really good quality but due to our dogs age and mobility issues it was not suitable We contacted Steven at Tailmate Treasures and I have nothing but praise for him and Tailmate Treasures Steven arranged for a return of the bed and he recommended a more suitable bed The new bed arrived promptly and we are really impressed with it Our retired guide dog loves it I would 100 recommend Tailmate Treasures
