I signed up for a free trial I thought I had cancelled - there are multiple screens you have to go through to cancel as they try convince you to stay It turns out I hadn t cancelled and was charged a renewal fee When I tried to cancel again I was told my card had expired and I should reach out via email to sort it On doing so I also requested a refund However despite never using the card as the deals in my area are either nothing I would ever use or are not actually worth it I was told usage is not important to the company and I would not be receiving a refund I was also penalised for cancelling the day after my renewal even though their system wouldn t let me do it before and asked me to email them I am now down 30 for a service I would never use Not good customer service and I don t believe having multiple steps to cancel is fair I will certainly not be recommending this service to anyone
