because you no longer issue cards I have to carry around my mobile phone and use the app feature I find this very inconvenient

Charges after cancellation

A poor selection of participating restaurants No reminder when subscription ends I recently cancelled mine the day payment was taken to be told I couldn t have a refund I have now been charged again despite being told the subscription was cancelled I ll be requesting my data is deleted from their files so this does not happen again The few pounds saved are not worth the hassle Avoid

Double charged by restaurant and ask for refund and was told it will take 5-7days and I had to pay again for the payment to be correct so double payment would have left my account

They ll nick your money and won t speak to you

Honestly awful company I signed up to a free trial and after cancelling my account was still charged I tried to cancel my account but got a message saying I can t then I tried to ring them and got an automatic message saying their lines are down I have emailed them and haven t received a reply in days really terrible contact and robbing 80 from me I promise this company is not worth getting involved with and cheery on the cake the deals are so bad I never even used one of them

Limited selection Wouldn t pay for this

Recieved a years free subscription from joining up to Community Fibre Have yet to use this as pretty limited selection so far I fired the app up Trafalgar Square the other week and it just seems to be a lot of rubbish chain coffee shops and average restaurants offering up 2 for 1 Poor London offering so far may be better outside London but seems to be all large chain restaurants - no discovery feature or quality independents on here especially in London where there a lot of hidden food places tucked away that offer much better quality Not sure it s worth 80 a year just to get 25 off Pizza Hut or Krispy Kreme donuts

Went to Prezzo and they refused my 2 for 1 offer saying I can not use after 5 30pm but it does not state that anywhere on their website only that it cannot be used on Saturday

No information on Ofein cinema

No information on Ofein cinema restrictions as to what was off peak on website so vouchers purchased were useless for the film we wanted to see

Saving wasn t made The app says to call ahead to book - we did It was an early pre-theatre booking When we presented the taste card the restaurant told us that it doesn t apply until after 7pm

Not happy

HiI have been charged 29 99 to my PayPal I never subscribed to tastecard don t know how it charged I email taste card but keep saying you have subscribe so this is scam

The location tracking is terrible

The location tracking is terrible The app never knows where I am so cannot find deals near me
