Started ok and worked well for a few

Started ok and worked well for a few months Now when I try to login the app usually hangs and does nothing so I can t access the discounts Occasionally if I leave it a few minutes it will complete the login but it is usually too late by then Update I find that if I clear all data from the app and try and login it will do so after about 40 seconds However it then later logs me out and the next time I try to login it does not login for well over 5 mins Further update I did have a lengthy exchange with Trustpilot support a few months ago but could not sort out the issue

Despite having a qr code and an alphanumeric code Bella Italia were unable to use either They took my phone for ages and returned it having not been successful in being able to use either code They manually amended the bill as they could see that I had a valid taste card Not great use of my time while I was out for a meal with friends and family Oh and the restaurant WIFI was terrible no g s so it took ages to even get logged in

great when it works

Struggling to understand all the positive reviews on Tastecard My subscription was auto-renewed after a free trial and after reading the terms conditions I understood but requested auto-renewal be turned off on my account Come to the end of my subscription I d had a really positive experience so looked at setting myself up on a monthly subscription via the app I then get charged again the day after 39 99 for a full year s membership on top of the 3 99 monthly subscription I d already paid I contacted customer services who were prompt at getting back to me and issued me a refund however this was a week ago and I ve not received the refund It also seems like they ve closed my account so now I ve also lost the 3 99 Then to top it all off the app never works The reviews on app store for tastecard are much more accurate advising that even if you do want your membership you can never use it because the app doesn t work I really enjoyed having my tastecard and wish they d fix the app stop making dodgy unnecessary charges to customers which puts them off

Not a good start - no saving made

I wasn t going to review but I keep getting reminders First attempt at using the card was at a business that is no longer at the address the app directed us to The one now there for over a year - different name had never heard of TasteCard let alone be part of it They were very nice about it but it was a bit embarrassing Not a good start and obviously no saving made The app info needs to be updated Hopefully next attempt will be more successful
