I have a free trial

I have a free trial Good got 25 of meal with work colleagues which was great made it good value Bad the app is rubbish clunky not easy to use relies on phone signal being available no code number for quick access luckily restaurant just took my word for it and gave me discount I can see that I could end up coming a cropper somewhere else Once trail expires I won t renew as I can t guarantee I d be able to use the benefits

Repetitive

There are some good offers but a lot of the offers can be found on other platforms for example meerkat 2-1 So not very unique

Like choice of restaurants but there needs to be more I think also its a bit of a faff having to call up the restaurants it would be so much easier if you could just book online However its a really good way to get big discounts and for that its a great thing

Zizzis in Solihull

Went to Zizzis in Solihull - food is good but service is not great as staff at a bare minimum

Only used it once

I ve only used it once or tried to use it but the venue said they had never been in contact with Tastecard and there was no 2-4-1 deal It s now made me wonder how many of the other deals might not be valid

Not much choice like you used to have

Not much choice like you used to have Only high street chains I tried to get a domino s takeaway and got to the order stage then just kept getting a incorrect code message so wasted loads of time and had to go somewhere else

Good to be able to save pennies

Good to be able to save pennies Would advise to load before entering cafe restaurant as signal was bad and took ages to load Looking forward to more savings

Tastecard Refused

The tastecard was initially refused as the restaurant said they can t accept them on a Saturday I had to show them the restaurants page on tastecard which definitely stated Mon-Sun 7Days The manager reluctantly allowed us to use it Checked the site on Monday and days have changed to Sun-Thurs So now the only places in Bath where you can use it are Coffee shops Nowhere will accept it on a weekend Will not be taking up the option to renew the card when trial period ends Yes it saved me some money but I had to fight to get it accepted

It gives you good discounts but the availability of the taste card is scarce You would need to intentionally find a restaurant or a coffee shop on the app and go to it It s not something that s widely available however can be useful to save money

Generally responds well to customer

Generally responds well to customer concerns Though I m still awaiting a reply to 3 emails concerning my loyalty card that s gone missing off my app just as I m about to get my 10th bag for free
