Easy online claims service that I could operate in order to get my phone repaired I was contacted often and kept informed throughout the process

Can t speak for everyone else on here but my experience with these guys has been good so far I took out gadget over with them for when I travelled to Barcelona good job I did as my phone was pick-pocked on the second day Side note anyone travelling to Barcelona be super careful with pick-pockets I read all my T C before I left if your phone is stolen it is VITAL to report it to the police and network provider within 24 Hrs As I had a police report and all the necessary documents stated in my policy my claim was approved and I received a identical phone to one I had I phone X the whole process took around 2 week Hope this helps

Easy to use and quick turnaround

I ve got a few items on my plan for the family and with kids I ve had to claim a few times The process has been easy each time and super quick I ll continue to use them in the future and may even increase my package to include a few other items
