My experience with them was smooth and good despit taking little longer to reinburse but it was done smooth and professionally i highly recommand and will be using it in the future i had my phone damaged submitted all documetns they approved it then i fixed it at samsung directly then the insurance company reinbursed They offered a great service and they always responds to emails i was highly satisfied

Excellent service having recently damaged my z fold 3 which required a inner screen replacement phone was sent to recomended repairer as requested by taurus insurance received back fully repaired to an excellent standard within 10 days i cannot fault the service i received and the easy claims process Can recommend using taurus insurance
