I ve had insurance with this provider for a few years and had upgraded my device so called to change my details My advisor Mandy was great really friendly from the off and soon dealt with my enquiry with no drama at all I thought come on this is customer service they re not usually helpful to say the least but Mandy was very thorough and I was changed to a new policy very promptly I very nearly went with apple care but glad I didn t now It s seems that locality sometimes does pay off Bravo

Taurus is a hassle free insurer I ve never had a reason to feel discontent about any of the services they ve offered me I m a very happy customer with this insurer

Firstly took out holiday insurance with Oasis an added gadget cover oasis were appalling waiting months to answer only then to be informed I needed to take claim up with Taurus Unfortunately they got a very frustrated customer who found their system frustrating The delay was down to oasis once I returned all documents and there are a fair few some unnecessary in my opinion however once they had received everything my replacement phone was sent within days and all good

Excellent service After initially making my claim Angela in the claims team was extremely professional courteous and handled the claim superbly throughout I thoroughly recommend to others based upon my one personal experience I believe that the overall monthly premium is good value overall as well

2nd time I accidentally damaged my phone and the insurance dealt with the replacement pretty swiftly and even upgraded my handset to the next version All for 6 per month for peace of mind

When my note 9 was damaged I d give the damage 9 out of 10 I was quick to make a claim my claim was accepted pretty much straight away and I was emailed an royal mail parcel label I sent it on Thursday and by Tuesday morning I had received my phone In new condition it runs exactly how it did before it was damaged The delivery was very fast and pleasant can t complain

I ve had this policy for 3 years previously under the Debenhams brand and fortunately never had to claim That all changed last week when my daughter dropped her phone Uploaded the requested info and photos and the repair was approved the same day I was given the option of a mail and return repair or visiting a local approved repair centre Luckily for me I have an Apple store 15 minutes away Apple decided to replace the phone rather than replace it due to the damage I uploaded the receipt and repair invoice and the claim has been approved for payment today The money - the excess as I had to pay apple myself has not hit my bank account yet but I have had an email to say it would be there within 3-5 days For me personally fantastic service and if I m totally honest I was debating cancelling before the accident however the way the claim has been dealt with has reassured me that my gadgets are in safe hands should something go wrong and that the monthly premium is money well spent
