Great customer service

I spoke to Anglea from the Taurus Claims Team about an existing claim with a few queries about delivering my device for repair She was very patient informative and helpful and easy to get along with as she walked me through my questions about the process walking me through each step I feel very confident in the process now

Quick and easy

Quick and easy best part of Debenhams gadget cover with tauras is that they let you take your phone straight to the samsung repair store to have it fixed then you send them the receipt and the money is sent back to your bank account quite fast Good experience

Easy Claims Process

Had the need to use my Gadget insurance recently and was thankfully surprised how easy it was to process my claim Following a quick phone call I took my phone to Apple store they repaired whilst I waited and submitted paperwork to switched on for the claim Within about a week the repair cost was back in my account minus the excess offcourse overall easy Peace off mind should I hopefully not need to use it again Would recommend

Honest Review

After reading so many of the reviews on here I was very sceptical I have insured my devices through the post office who use taurus services for five years and have never had to claim Last week I broke my phone which therefore led to having to I put my claim in within minutes of this happening last sunday My claim was approved By Tuesday and I chose to have my phone sent in for repair or replacement I sent on Wednesday which is when I started reading reviews which caused a lot of anxiety However my device was received by Thursday A replacement was then sent out by Friday and I have received this morning Communication was also great receiving an email every time something was updated and being provided with tracking for the replacement being delivered I could not fault this service and how smooth it was so I am a very happy customer Credit where credit is due

The returns website was relatively easy

The returns website was relatively easy to work through Even though the phone belongs to me but it is used my daughter I was a little confused as to whose details I entered into the form as it asks for the recipients information twice Due to the size of the phones parcel to be returned I had to resize one of the return labels to fit prior to printing Apart from that the replacement phone came promptly

STOPHonestly CAN Not fault this company I ve had an accidental unfortunate event which occurred twice A broken phone twice during start of lockdown and towards the end Ended up with a new PHONE each time Quick service on second time POST LOCKDOWN sent Friday and received Wednesday so 3 working days Wow WOW They re always super HELPFUL I shall continue to be with them for as long as POSSIBLE If anyone wants to know if this is real message me lovesxtine thanks Christine D W xxxx always back up a company which are amazing I ve read bad reviews and haven t experienced that

Got my phone back within 5 working days in brand new condition even though they have delay warnings due to covid it was a trouble free process Make sure you have your proof of purchase confirmed before you commit to the policy in the event of a claim

Amazing service

Amazing service I have had to claim a few times this year due to accidents and once you rightfully prove ownership Which involves really proving it Taurus are amazing at getting it resolved with ease Between options repair or replace offer in one cases and I even got a highly unexpected free upgrade on my phone with the last claim Zero hesitations in recommending them if you are like me and live an active life with a number of high value devices that may get tumbled around from time to time

Very positive experience with Taurus Took out a policy with Sainsbury s Bank to which Taurus under-writ the gadget insurance Although a lot of information needed for a claim this was expected So as long as you are prepared this shouldn t be a worry Although my claim took around 7 days to approve reasons out of their control I have what looks to be a pristine replacement phone Thanks again

Nothing to fault

Excellent service from start to finish Cracked phone screen late on Sunday night claim approved straight away Sent phone off for repair on Monday their repair partners received it on Tuesday morning and by Friday dinner time I had received a brand new phone as mine was beyond repair Kept up to date every step of the way would definitely recommend for any and all gadget insurance
