Possibly best gadget cover I ve had so far

Bought gadget cover through the post office Great cover - 34 a month for a massive 10 gadgets covered and 25 excess is a great deal Claimed twice - first for lost phone - experience was good and understandably I was asked for evidence and asked questions Any genuine claim should not have an issue with this Second claim for accidental damage was approved automatically with option to either send or go to Apple Store which I like So far so good Keep it up

Honestly CAN Not fault this company I ve had an accidental unfortunate event which occurred twice A broken phone twice during start of lockdown and towards the end Ended up with a new phone each time Quick service on second time sent Friday and received Wednesday so 3 working days They re always super HELPFUL I shall continue to be with them for as long as possible thanks Christine

I 100 recommend Taurus Insurance

I have had 3 gadgets insured with this company since 2018 Very simple update process to remove gadgets and replace with new ones I recently had to make a claim for accidental damage The process was completed from me filling in the online claim form to the repair sorted and insurance paid into my account within 4 business days It s not often you get service like that especially from an insurance company Well done Taurus highly recommended

Nothing to worry about

After reading all this reviews I was really scared did i will get my phone back and when it will be I was really panicking but customer service was really nice and every time I call they nicely explain all process My experience totally different with Taurus then everyones else I send my phone on 3th of may and received it today 22 05 as new one Well happy and satisfied with service Thank you

Fast Apple Store fixture quick reimbursement

Haven t written a review before but this was worth it Exceptional service Had an issue with my IPhone screen got it approved within 2 days given the option to get fixed at the Apple store then reimbursed receiving payment received within 72 Hours Hope to not have another issue however this has made me put full trust in them - highly recommended Bought mine through the Post Office

What a brilliant service

What a brilliant service My wife s beloved Samsung Z4 fold was knocked out of her hand on a cruise by some children rushing past It bounced down a marble stair case and sadly damaged the fold screen To be honest I feared it was a write off but Taurus took it for repair and it has been returned as if brand new within a couple of days I have a happy wife and the service was excellent throughout I hope I never have to claim again as this was are first ever insurance claim on holiday insurance I cannot recommend their service higher

Lost iPhone 14 Pro

I lost my iPhone 14 Pro After reading all reviews was worried that there will be issues with my claim I submitted all the required documents a lot but this is a standard process for all insurance companies and within a reasonable timeframe received the reply that my claim was approved I was supposed to receive a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro as a replacement Again I was worried that the refurbished phone is not going to be good I called the company and asked whether I can get a financial compensation That was not possible and I waited for my phone It was shipped and arrived very quickly The phone appeared to be in excellent condition with a 100 battery life I am very happy have no concerns over the replaced phone Thank you Taurus

Absolutely seamless

I honestly don t know what all these bad reviews are about clearly people don t qualify or don t read the T C s I made a claim for a smashed screen on a 2 year old iPad on 10th March By the 12th I d got a brand new iPad from the Apple Store in Solihull which I initially had to pay for once the claim was approved By 18th March I have received all my money back direct to my bank less the 50 excess Can t recommend Taurus enough Absolutely brilliant service Easy to upload documentation and prove ownership using the online service Had no requests for any more documents from Taurus everything was accepted first time Thanks you

Stress and hassle free experience

Contrary to most of the other reviewers I ve had a fantastic experience Yes you do have to provide plenty of documentation and there are exceptions and exclusions this is insurance after all read the t cs but having provided this and an honest explanation of how I damaged my phone I d had my claim approved phone sent off repaired and returned in 6 days I hope to never have to claim again of course but I certainly wouldn t be anxious to

Claim has been approved Thanks I just hope for others that instead of asking for documents every two days you tell them what you need there and then For a quicker experience Saying that it s been just over a week and claim has been settled Thanks again
