Absolutely no communication from the

Absolutely no communication from the company for weeks and when they eventually did respond it still took nearly two weeks to get a refund no phone number to call I will be reporting to IAASA

Extremely intransparent process and their fees are way too high Do it yourself you ll get more money back and won t have to pay their horrendous fees

After I completed the form my account in Revenue had their Bank account info instead of mine and they would receive my tax return income if I didn t see and change to my details again

SCAMMERS

I registered for taxzap last year and they got me tax back but of I was to do this myself on revenue it is the exact same They do not as they say get more tax for you than you are originally due They get you in to a yearly service which you have to opt out of but they put this in the massive list of terms and conditions They also leave their Iban number on your revenue account I got 1 278 in tax return and the left me with 1 009 after me not realizing they will do it automatically again There is also no phone line so you have to email them STAY AWAY

I will not recommend this service to anyone I was alot of money close to 400 euros for using them and this was what I could have done myself

Very high fee for very little to do I highly don t recommend them and would highly recommend you do your own tax return as it dosnt require much effort to do just read up about it and you ll have it done in no time

Huge scam

It s a scam people just go on revenue it takes as long to do and is arguably easier Irish taxpayers already funded an updated tax returns system a few years ago This is a SCAM
