Great Products - If They Ever Arrive

Great products but they don t ship when they say and they don t respond to customer service emails Ordered an item a month ago It hasn t shipped and no-one responds I would like to buy more of their products but I no longer have confidence in their ability to fulfill orders Sorry to submit 1 star but paying for something I never received is simply not acceptable

I ordered from this company 4 times first two shipments came in pretty fast loved the underwear so ordered more 3rd shipment came in slow Ordered a 4th time and they never arrived Last order was in Oct and here it is now almost Feb Contacted them by email and Rose responded at first saying they would be going right out and would even throw in a free pair for my wait but weeks kept going by and still no shipping notice nor underwear arriving Now they won t even respond to me anymore Sure won t order again and what a shame as I really liked the product

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY Placed an order 3 weeks ago with NO update on my order never was shipped and I never received anything I ve been messaging their Instagram and they are reading every message I m shown when they view the message and they continue to ignore me Worst customer service experience I ve ever had hands down I am filing a dispute with my credit card

Delivery disappointment

Placed an order on November 9th 2022 and got a confirmation on the same day I am still waiting for a shipment confirmation today is 12 6 22 Reached out through e-mail no phone and only got the same confirmation of my order as a reply I travel with work and am leaving the delivery location Very disappointed They state 1-2 day delivery along with a 3-7 day arrival for current demand

Great material Deceptive Promos

Great material But deceptive advertising on promos I have been customer 3x before already On my fourth purchase of two thermals of some sort I was misled that I d be getting a third one free Unfortunately NOT After complaining I was told that I d get that free item on a successive order after the current one Deception So that means I m a badly affected customer

Bought several pairs and 1 ripped After several months still no replacement sent several requests sent picture which came out grey but was black and they will not replace it also sent order number still nothing Not sure why 1 pair will break them Treated very poorly

After reading other reviews is have to say that I wouldn t know how the underwear feels But like other people leaving reviews their shipping and customer service is so lacking There are testimonials of good product and I would never expect their shipping and back office disorganization would affect me But it has and beware just like many others here leaving reviews it could happen to you too Lost packages no records empty words disinterest in giving customer satisfaction When it doesn t go right your entire experience really goes down in flames

Love the underwear but fulfillment a miss

Love the underwear but have had similar issues to others First two deliveries arrived without issue But subsequent orders never arrived Very difficult getting a response from customer service but eventually got a refund Was offered a free pair for the trouble but it never arrived Sadly cannot trust the company to fulfill another order even though the product is great
